Contacted regarding an inspection for CBR. Very unfriendly and blunt in email contact. Conversation went smoothly, questionnaire was passed. However, the gentleman had not sent the report to CBR, because he thought payment had not yet been made. However, that had already been done immediately, he had overlooked it. Would send it immediately, it won't arrive at the CBR until a week later.

Had an appointment with Mr. Janssen via WhatsApp video calling. Was for an inspection for the CBR (E-driving license). Very friendly man, asked relevant questions and was clearly interested in me as a person. It was clearly stated in advance (by telephone) how the costs were structured and how the bill should be paid. After the conversation, he indicated (as agreed) what the final amount had been.

Highly recommend Janssen Psychiatrie to anyone that wishes to get approved for a medical condition for the CBR. After needing to get approved by a specialist in order to obtain my motorcycle license I was in a rush to get it done as quick as possible so that I could do my lessons in the warm weather. Mr.Janssen was the only psychologist where I did not have to wait over a month for an appointment. Within a week I had an appointment where Mr.Janssen kindly asked me the questions needed to assess if I am eligible to ride a motorbike. Once the appointment was finished I was prepared to wait 3 more weeks for the report as this is the normal waiting time for these services however Mr.Janssen completed the report in 1 day. Hele nare man ik belde op om een afspraak te maken maar hoorde dat hij er al 1 had gemaakt in opdracht van het cbr. Die afspraak heb ik niet binnen gehad dus wist van niks. Daardoor begon de man mij voor zware drugsgebruiker uit te maken omdat ik die afspraak niet heb gezien. Zeer onprofessioneel van hem. Niet normaal dat zulke mensen bestaan, vind het zeer onacceptabel. Zal hem nooit aan niemand aanbevelen en vind hem niet geschikt voor dit werk.
