Absolutely excellent and efficient service and communication for helping us settle down in a new studio at Utrecht. Ms Roza was very professional and helpful. She replied to my message as soon as possible and gave me a lot help on submitting documents and signing agreements. She even worked at Saturday which surprised me a lot. In general it’s definitely a trustworthy broker to count on when you need to find a new place.

Roza was fantastic in locating a new apartment for me in Utrecht! The apartapart met my requirements perfectly! Roza also made sure that all the paperwork was in order and communicated progress on a regular basis.

My 18 years daughter was looking for a room/studio as she will start studies at Utrecht University. We found Roza's ad on kamernet, it looked great and we started to chat about. Roza warned us from the beginning that the project she's promoting is suitable for singles or couples. As a single, the price of the room was too high for our possibilities and my daughter thought finding a room mate will be not a problem. We traveled to Utrecht, meet Roza and Martijn right on scheduled day/time and they presented us extensively the project on site. We visited a number of rooms, liked very much the position in the city and the fact that everything is brand new. The presentation was impressive, we almost 'bought' it. Finally, the room-mate possibility was abandoned, at least for the first year in Utrecht. If it will be the case, we will definitely call Roza for advice.

Very helpful and always available for clarification and reachable even on Saturdays and Sundays. It has been a pleasure to deal with her. Very nice and patient. It was hard for me and my boyfriend understand all the terms and conditions and documents required since that we are foreigners. She always answered to my questions and never put us under pressure. We were filling out the Huurcheck for a very small but nice and new studio (28mq for two). As it was the first time for us it was a bit difficult because a lot of documents are required. Moreover I am a foreigner. Also, my wife and I work fulltime so we didn’t have much time. The young lady we were in contact with was not very helpful and put pressure on my wife to provide the docs (the studio is for October!!). My wife explained that we are out all day for work and that we needed some time but she didn’t care and gave us an ultimatum in a very bad manner. My wife is Dutch and was astonished. Of course we were rejected even tho we both have an absolutely normal, even good I would say, salary. We were perfectly able to afford the place. Ridiculous. Bad communication, bad treatment, absolutely no help in the documents part. That should be your job, helping the people, not put pressure on them. What kind of business is this? Stay away.
