The worst agency, run away from them especially if you are an expat. We rented a house, it turned out that the gas boiler was broken, there was no heating in mid-November, the gas boiler in the basement of the house was noisy and created a danger. After our numerous calls and letters, the masters were sent only a month later, and the masters also had to pay at our own expense…. In this house, there were also a lot of things broken when we moved in, but that’s okay... Several times someone tried to enter the house without warning us of their arrival. After 7 months we decided to move out and warned them about this a month in advance, they said that there was no problem and the deposit would be returned to us. They checked the house for check out, they have no complaints about damage or cleanliness to us. (they even sent a document about this) We gave them back the house better than it was when we moved in. As a result, according to the agreement of the contract, they had to return the deposit to us within 1 month. But no one wanted to return it. They did not answer to our letters and calls. We didn't get our deposit back for 3 months. They ignored all the letters, and if they managed to get through, they answered rudely. I advise anyone who does not have their deposit returned for no reason to contact Incasso and contact a lawyer. This was the only way we were able to get our deposit back, and even then not in full…

Applied for an apartment, got to viewing, then heard nothing, sent an email but no reply for days. Then I see apartments marked as rented. It would be nice to least reply to my email saying weather being chosen or not. Do not suggest this business to be used for any rental process, far being professional.

During my recent check-out interaction with Mr Ritchie van der Linden he was very helpful and a thorough professional. Thanks Ritchie. However, the finance of Riva took lot of time to reply/provide updates over email.

I had a great experience with Ritchie from Riva rentals. The flat was neatly checked in, all my questions were answered and he was very cordial and patient. -5 Very bad service. They just ignore your questions. Phone number does not working. Email does not valid. The answer you get is not what you asking for. Don't take your effort in this rental company. Ps. Yes Kippersluis answered after my review. But I need to sent my personal passport, employment contract and another documents to apply for the application process. Which very strange and unprofessional. I suggest to meet in person first, but after that email I never hear about it anymore. Very helpful service, thank you.
