Worst services or I can say no services at all. I wish I could give 0 starts. I paid for the premium search profile in a hope that I will at least get notifications about new properties listed or a response. But even after weeks I got barely 2 updates and a lot of rejection. When I conveyed my dissatisfaction by email, no one even bothered to respond back. Premium search is only a way to get some money from the consumers who are in need and then ghosting them.

I had recently contacts with this house agency because as expat I was looking for a short term stay in Den Bosch. Quite disappointing: they never answer the phone or email, they do not give sufficient information. moreover, the employees there seems to be very demotivated. I would not recommend it, better look for other options.

They steal your deposit money! They charge double the rent for deposit which is a sign of corrupt business! Do not do business with this organization! UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEFS!!

We have been searching for a home almost 1 year, never quit though! I found HouseHunting one month ago, I liked the apartment almost immediately got a viewing and almost immediately got the contract! Looking for a house is never a satisfying experience in the Netherlands. Yet, HouseHunting provided me with a decent service when I was able to attend to a viewing. Naturally, I got rejected from lots of properties before being called. But after some point, I got lucky, I was able to rent the house and they took care of everything. I would say it was a smooth process. I did not have the premium account so I do not know if it would be faster to find a house or if nothing would have changed with a premium account. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience.

Very unprofessional. They neither replied to our thousands of emails. So ashamed for you guys, you shouldn’t work anymore in real estate field.
