Nice
selection
of
products.
Unfortunately,
the
manager
(I
presume,
as
she
was
the
only
one
working
without
uniform)
was
not
friendly.
She
seemed
very
task-focused.
And
at
the
worst
moment:
peak
hour!
They
had
run
out
of
stock
for
a
certain
item
that
I
wanted.
She
made
a
call
to
the
storage
room
to
place
an
order
for
my
product
and
someone
else’s.
Her
colleagues
were
very
busy
with
assisting
people,
while
she
was
on
hold
on
phone
waiting
for
an
answer
from
the
storage
dpt.
What
surprised
me
is
that
she
was
just
waiting
as
a
line
was
accumulating.
Why
could
she
not
instead
make
the
phone
call,
assist
her
staff/colleagues
or
other
customers,
and
answer
when
they
had
an
answer
from
her.
There
was
even
a
woman
that
begged
out
of
annoyance
to
pay
for
her
single
product.
She
started
with
us,
ignored
us,
I
heard
she
was
waiting
for
a
“yes”
from
her
dpt.
while
on
the
phone,
didn’t
give
any
clarity
as
to
what
she
was
doing,
vanished,
recommunicated
with
us
reassuring
us
she’d
help
us,
to
then
wrap
some
other
customer’s
purchase
without
saying
anything.
Afterwards
she
pointed
at
her
colleague
to
“help
those
out”.
Chaos
factor
at
the
worst
moment...
