We have had in Rotterdam branch before. Tasted great and similar. Highly recommended. Expect 20-25 euros per person. Only downside was that some dishes from menu were not available and hence 4 stars. Otherwise a 5 star. Will return back ;)

I had an a great time here! Service is fully automated with a webpage you can access from your phone. Everyone can order and its clear who ordered what, and there’s no need to go around passing the menu or phone. The food was authentic as well and fun to cook and eat. The only thing I would have wished is a already build menu/combination, as it can be daunting for first-timers to choose from SO many options. They even have bubble tea to counter the spiciness! Recommended!

Very nice experience and lovely food. The traditional soup is very nice with meats, but even the mild version can be spicy for beginners. There is of course the option to remove some of the peppers, so the soup does not become too spicy over time.

This was just such a great hotpot experience! We went for the spiciest soup option and we loved it. Couple of things we didnt like: 1. No exhaust overhead 2. The hot vapour from the hotpot was condensing the cold water line over us, which caused water to drip on us. 3. We wanted the sliced lamb but that was sold out😔 We werent really fond of the marinated chicken, so we would skip that next time. But would definitely love to come here again😀 Oh, and they have bubble tea also here. So that’s definitely a plus! Our bill was 70€ for 2 people, so expect 30-40€ pp with drinks!

After a long time finally gotten around to visit here. We were very excited. Food was good but the AC was on full blast and people were wearing their coats during dinner really took away our fun because it was way too cold and they didn't want to turn it off. Shame food was nice a bit pricey but nice.

Loved our experience here. We have previously had hot pot in Hong Kong and China. Very friendly service. Delicious food with great portions. We look forward to coming back again. It will be particularly great to warm up in winter. Highly recommended.

My first time trying hot pot, and I loved it! We got the mild spicy and mushroom soups - even the mild one is spicy so be aware if you cannot handle spice. As I really enjoy spicy foods, it was just perfect for my taste. Would definitely visit here again!

I’m rating four stars, but mostly for the experience. It’s fun to do with your significant other or with a group of friends. You get to boil your own food using the hot pot station and you can make your own dipping sauce up front. The menu has a lot of options, varying from meat and fish to vegetables. The food itself was okay. The variety was nice, but it’s kind of the same. The non-marinated dishes all taste like the soup and the marinated dishes had a strong, ginger-citrus like marinade that I did not like. I can recommend the minced shrimp and shrimp dumplings. If you want a non spicy soup, pick the tomato one. It wasn’t really expensive but since you’re ordering a lot of dishes to try them, the bill can get quite high. The servers were really nice and helpfull if you had any questions. They also give you a guide on how long you have to cook everything. Overall, worth a try.

Scan the barcode to order. I ordered a single soup base of vegan sichuan with medium level of spicy, chicken meatballs, pokcoy (I guess this veggie suit best for hotpot), enoki, egg, pumpkin noodle, tofu skin and bubble milk tea. Overall it was tasty yet the umami aftertaste lingered way too long in my mouth, they charged for dipping sauce 2.5€ p.p even though only one person was taking and having the sauce.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at an exceptional hotpot restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, extensive selection of fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and impeccable service made it a standout dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of an authentic and unforgettable hotpot adventure. It is undoubtedly a gem worth discovering.

Super fun to visit with friends even if you are not a fun of Chinese good. The service was super fast, it could be a bit friendlier but it was also a busy night. The food was enjoyable, fresh produce and delicious soups. Go for the spicy ones!

Have been 4 times had dinner here, nice place to gather with colleagues after work to unwind by enjoying good food. The food are always fresh, base soup are tasty (had tried all 3 levels spiciness of base soup) all are good! But my fav is mushroom base soup. The dipping sauces you can mix by yourself according to your taste are the best. Only the last visit, twice order drinks didn't come, seems something went wrong with the app, and all the staffs were completely busy.... So make sure you make a reservation before coming.

My favorite place to eat in Eindhoven! Ever since I discovered HOT&HOT, I make sure to drop by whenever I stay in the city. The service, food, and drinks (especially the bubble teas) have been great every single time and I always look forward to coming back!

We love eating here, the food and service are great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food selection is very diverse, enough choice and the bubble tea is a hit with our daughter. This place shows that eating out does not need to be expensive.

Very authentic, sauces are good, similar with what I got in china. Only that Veg choices are less than in China. The medium spicy Hotpot Soup base is very very spicy. Beef, lamb, smashed fish, minced pork balls and taro are recommended. Beef lung is a bit old, not recommended. Price is at high side for the tasty level, especially considering that there is limited cooking skill needed for hotpot, therefore 4 stars

Yesterday my husband suddenly had stomach cramps and the staffs at the store really care about him. He got better after having some medicine. Don't worry and so thank you!! And of course the foods are great!!

Should become a bit more popular soon. For people who enjoy spicy, fresh food. My favourite part is the make your own sauce station. Great service by Rina! We will definitely come back

My friends took me to this restaurant for my birthday, I'd never had hotpot before! The food and drinks were incredibly delicious, the meat was tender (if cooked correctly) and the bubble teas and Soju's were a lovely addition. After the main courses were had, I even got a lovely little coconut cake for my birthday! All in all, we've had a lovely time, and I would recommend anyone who wants to try hotpot, or just have hotpot in general to come here! === Suggestion === Just a minor suggestion. We were seated in the middle of the restaurant which meant that the suction wasn't above our table but above the tables on the side, this meant that all the steam from the boiling hotpot was going in one of our faces, it wasn't horrible, but definitely a bit uncomfortable. It would be nice to have suction above the middle tables as well to counteract this.

This is a really authentic hot pot restaurant with a very extensive menu. We enjoyed the different options of bouillon you can put in your hot pot as well as all the meats, noodles, and even side dishes. Everything was really good quality, fresh, and tasted delicious. They also have some more obscure items on the menu that reminded me a lot of the holidays my parents took me on in China. The staff here is really friendly and helpful whenever something is not clear. The restaurant has a fun ambience and there is a lot of room. The parking directly in front of the place is also convenient.

It was our first time to try out Hotpot and we loved it! Its a fun experience with friends and family. At the restaurant we get to not only satisfy our craving for Chinese cuisine but also experience the process of boiling/cooking our own food. We ordered two soup bases them being mushroom and mild spicy. They were delicious and added the perfect amount of spice to the veggies, meat and noodles that we ordered. The food was paired perfectly with soju shots. At the end our favorite was the mango mochi. Overall the staff was lovely and the vibe was relaxed.
