L'Aubergine is an absolute recommendation for anyone who loves delicious and healthy food. The pulled eggplant is amazing and my favorite thing to eat for lunch! The falafel and the cheese crocets are really good as well.

Tried falafel wrap and the cheese croquettes. Very tasty and the wrap is very refreshing. The baba ganoush is really good in the wrap🤌

Absurdly overpriced for what you get. Yes, food at festivals tends to be expensive, but nearly 8 euros for a pita with not even 4 spoonsful of toppings really isn't justified. Had high expectations as I love this type of food, but although the food tasted ok and the staff were nice, I was overal very disappointed.

Great food! The cheese croquettes and babagannush are signature. Party packs are super convenient for guests. Right amount of food to share as Leonard is open to create a menu with you for your party. Also the Mini Pulled Pork Brioche is super delicious. Good service always with a smile. Recommended!

This is food for your soul! The Chicken Risotto and the cheese balls were OUT of this world. We tried other items in the menu and they were delicious! Please be aware that this is a food truck and you should check out their social media to find where they will be :) also good to send them a message to be up to date. Bon appetit.

If you want to taste the best falafel in Amsterdam, Leo has it. He also has unbelievable cheese balls and burgers. Large selection of vegetarian and meat dishes. I'm very happy that now he has delivery in Uber eats🤗

We visited L'Aubergine at the Food Truck Festival in Den Haag and we were blown away by the quality of the food! Would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone looking for amazing food truck food - the pulled pork, in particular, was truly memorable.
