Very
clean
rooms,
attentive
staff,
not
the
best
food.
I
was
here
for
2
nights
for
a
conference
at
the
hotel,
and
all
in
all,
it
was
a
good
experience.
The
entrance
through
a
shopping
mall
threw
us
for
a
loop,
but
once
we
found
it,
it
worked
ok.
Signing
in
and
getting
to
my
room
was
painless
and
smooth,
staff
English
was
perfect
and
friendly.
Like
stated,
the
room
was
very
clean
and
nice,
the
bathroom
had
a
good
shower
stall
with
a
door
that
didn’t
leak
(I
don't
know
why
this
should
be
a
happy
surprise,
but
it
is!)
The
water
was
hot,
with
lots
of
it.
The
view
from
the
windows
was
almost
depressingly
boring,
but
it
did
let
in
lots
of
natural
light.
Unfortunately
none
of
the
windows
opened,
not
even
at
a
crack,
so
there's
no
way
to
air
out,
this
is
a
shame.
My
colleague
did
have
a
window
that
could
open
in
her
room,
so
perhaps
it's
possible
to
ask
for
it
when
ordering.
We
had
dinner
the
first
night,
breakfast
for
2
days
and
lunch
once,
some
of
it
was
fine,
but
unfortunately
a
lot
of
it
was
somewhat
boring/cold/bland.
A
couple
of
things,
like
the
cod,
was
actually
BAD.
Breakfast
had
a
fine
selection,
but
i'm
glad
i’m
not
vegan
or
vegetarian,
there
didn’t
seem
to
be
a
lot
of
options
at
all.
Of
course,
other
options
may
be
available
per
request,
but
the
buffet
was
lacking
in
something
not
from
an
animal.
The
view
from
the
breakfast
room
was
fun,
with
a
panorama
view
of
Utrecht.
The
staff
at
the
bar
was
friendly,
but
painfully
slow,
they
did
their
best,
but
it
took
me
40
minutes
to
get
a
gin
and
tonic
in
a
almost
empty
bar,
and
this
seems
very
ineffective,
perhaps
just
a
little
training
would
help.
