This
spot
is
a
real
diamond
in
the
rough.
The
dynamic
duo
of
Quan
and
Shan
have
skillfully
curated
a
unique
dining
experience
with
their
Japanese-French
fusion
restaurant.
Its
minimalist
decor
instills
a
peaceful
and
unformal
ambience.
Shan's
exceptional
talent
radiates
from
the
kitchen,
where
he
single-handedly
concocts
a
diverse
array
of
dishes.
His
succulent
duck
with
plum-infused
gravy
is
an
absolute
culinary
triumph,
and
the
peach
dessert,
in
its
refreshing
simplicity,
perfectly
rounds
off
the
meal.
Quan,
a
welcoming
and
amiable
host,
effortlessly
enhances
the
dining
experience
with
his
sincere
charm.
The
evident
synergy
between
him
and
Shan
infuses
the
establishment
with
a
unique,
convivial
warmth
-
their
shared
passion
for
their
craft
is
palpable.
The
service,
though
occasionally
overlooking
a
detail
like
forgotten
cutlery
or
an
incomplete
dish
introduction,
is
mostly
commendable.
Recognizing
the
challenge
of
catering
to
patrons
single-handedly,
I
rate
the
service
a
worthy
4
out
of
5.
This
isn't
a
critique,
but
rather
a
gesture
of
encouragement
for
the
potential
I
see
in
Quan
and
Shan
to
be
true
leaders
in
the
gastronomic
arena.
If
there's
a
small
suggestion
I'd
make,
it's
that
the
awesome
quality
of
their
food
really
sets
the
bar
high,
so
it'd
be
great
to
see
the
service
step
up
to
match,
which
I
am
sure
it
will
with
a
little
time
and
practice.
One
final
note:
While
the
restaurant
doesn't
serve
alcohol,
the
richness
of
the
culinary
experience
more
than
compensates
for
this.
