Horrible staff. They litterly just laugh at you of come to them with a problem. I paid 20000 cfa for a room with wifi and shower. Wifi didnt work and water was not running at all. Completely impossible to break through to the stuff. No effert made to help you at all. Do not support these people.

The room was very clean and with a lovely view. Unfortunately the receptionist wasn't that friendly at all. He seemed bothered all the time. Next morning I asked for some lemons, or fruit for breakfast what he denied, so I asked for a market to get some, and he send me to fish market. As I finally came back with my fruits from the fruit market, he said I wasn't allowed to eat my breakfast at the terrace and send me to my room. Incredible.

The staff are not very helpful or friendly, but besides that the room was everything you needed, good wifi, decent shower (no hot water but in 36 degree weather surely was not needed!), bed was comfortable but squeaky, restaurant had very tasty food. Location right by waterside with nice view, I paid about €25 per night so found this a good place after a very hot bus, taxi, and motorcycle rides getting here. About a 15 min walk to Guinea-Bissau consulate in case you need a visa. Would definetely recommend.

Visited the restaurant at least 4 times during my stay in Ziguinchor. The food was always excellent, the location is great, service can be just a little bit on the slow side but otherwise very friendly. Plate du jour is always fun to try. Large portions and good prices on the menu.

Came here for lunch, amazing views! Plat du jour at 3000 CFA, great value, big quantities and incredible views! Probably one of the best in Ziguinchor 🎯 Had a fresh baobab juice for 1000CFA so worth it! I did not stay at the hotel this time.

Food is ok although a bit over priced. Staff are slow. Rooms need to be a bit nicer.

I had a good amd bad experience. Staff is very rude and full of attitude. I stayed in VIP room and service is worst. Resturant is only for non - veg. No vegetarian options available, service is very slow. Even after ordering a drink, it comea after 45 minutes and several reminders. Need to work on customer service. Staff is full of arrogance and attitude. Not at all helpful

I am reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. Food was good. Service was good
