Love the location and easy Acess from Grand as well as side street. The customer service was good, the gentleman that helped us was very polite and served us well. My complaint is that more than half of the ice cream options were unavailable and we didn’t have much to chose from. I would have preferred more choices and I’m glad my son wasn’t with us as there were no dairy free options available.

The service is decent at this location. The one complaint I do have is, they NEVER answer their phone. I usually call to see if my favorite flavor is being served. (Butter Pecan). So, I have to actually call several locations to find out if they are or not.

The store hours start at 5:00 AM. I arrived at 5:10 AM, and waiting in line as the first customer until 5:20 AM. I pulled to the window to see if the were open. The worker looked at me several times and just sat there. She never approched the window to say anything. I understand that sometimes things prevent the stores from opening on time, but that is not an excuse to poor customer service. I simple, "we are running a little behind" would go a long way. I ended up leaving without my coffee.

The lady that works in the drive through has been so nice and helpful.She made my decision to come back to Dunkin' .

The man behind the counter seemed like I was an annoyance. He didn't listen to what I was saying and kept trying to give me something I did order.

Service is always quick and friendly at the drive thru. My drink orders are always correct and delicious.

Ordered 1 med coffee a pancake wrap and I ordered 6 Donuts. Only got 2 DONUTS. AND I asked about it and was told ordered was right. Didn't get a receipt with order and was ignored by staff. Paid 10.25 for order. Unacceptable.

Dunkin' really needs to get consistent with their coffee. At times they have great tasting coffee and other times it has that sour acidic taste as if it's sat around too long. Not a fan of the inconsistency.

You used to get a free drink on your birthday in the app. Now you get a whopping 3x points. Big deal. You used to need 200 points for a drink now it's almost 1,000 points. 30 or 50 x would be better.

We live in East Texas. Came there to my son’s military graduation. We went to Dunkin Donuts at 5:30am and ordered donuts .????? Cold hard stale and 10 times the cost of where we live. .20 a donuts fresh made daily warm and soft and outstanding service. What a waste of time and money. Whats the big hupe about Dunkin? Its terrible! Even Krispy Kreme runs circles around Dunkin.

Come here almost everyday but it's best to come in the morning(6am-8am) or after 6/7 pm because the people who make the coffee during those times are the ones that be on their A1 coffe making game👌
