Das positive zuerst, das Hotel ist ca. 5 min von der U-Bahn entfernt mit der man innerhalb weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Das Einzelbett war groß und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist mit 18€ p.P. reichhaltig und frisch. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum sehr ungemütlich und klein, somit kommen wir zum dem negativen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer wirkten auf den Bildern moderner. Die Zimmer sind nur zum Teil „renoviert“ der Rest ist leider sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Das Fenster hat nicht funktioniert, die Fußbodenheizung konnte nicht geregelt werden und der Duschkopf war auch kaputt. Diese Mängel wurden beim gehen kommuniziert und notiert, mehr konnte man wohl nicht erwarten. Die Bar im Hotel ist grundsätzlich ganz gemütlich, leider wurden wir dann nach einem Getränk nicht mehr gefragt ob es noch ein zweites sein darf. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel. But if you plan to stay long, then the washing machines are a big problem. There are only 2 machines for a huge hotel and they are always busy.

Fraud alert! Totally false advertising by the parent company. I can't believe they allow it. Be warned. Don't risk it, there are plenty of other hotels.

The blonde Lady at reception was so rude. She is not even answering The customer's questions in proper and polite way. We are not staying there for Free She can not act us like this!!!

I was pleasantly surprised. The overall experience was great for a hotel at a lower price point. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff were super helpful and our dog was welcome in the entire building. The only negative is the very basic way the rooms are outfitted. You can tell that everything was done the cheapest way possible including the provided utensils in the kitchen.

I have stayed here a couple of times, stayed for two weeks. I had opted for a one guest room with kitchen. The room is of ample size for one person, with nice bedding. Window that opened to the main street outside. Some rooms have a balcony too. Study table, sofa, coffee table, all are available. Washroom is good. They provide nice smelling multi purpose wash liquid and hand lotion. There's a small kitchen area just next to the foyer. Microwave oven, induction stove, utensils, cooking dishes etc. are provided. Additionally, a cloth drying stand, hair dryer, weighing machine are also provided for use. Secret safe for keeping valuables is also there. Room is serviced by hotel staff at regular intervals. Staff is polite and customer friendly. Just next to the reception area is a restaurant, you can have coffee or a drink anytime. This hotel also provides free coffee from 7am to 8 pm. Gostenhof U-Bahn station is 5mins walk away. Some nice eateries are also there around the corner. All in all, I just loved my stay here.

I made a reservation to Living Hotel Nürnberg. After the significant rise of COVID-19 cases in the area, I communicated with them 1 week before my booked date & asked if they would offer a partial compensation as I would cancel my trip due to health concerns. They denied any compensation. Just after the reserved date the hotel cancelled my reservation on Booking although I have paid the whole amount! The reason for that was clearly so that I will not be able to review my experience. Such a cheap behaviour for a 200€ reservation. The hotel says I should have paid a "cancellation at any time" rate which was extremely overpriced and since there were no lockdown concerns when I made the booking I didn't choose, but they will not respond why they cancelled my Booking reservation while charging the full amount. They should be ashamed for trying to make full profit without offering any service, yet they pretend to be "fair".

Great and cozy hotel. I stayed in for one night and it was gorgeous. I don't see why people are talking about hidden charges like for the breakfast. At the Check-In, the nice lady us explained everything, regarding that we didnt order breakfast but that we can still change, which would up the cost but it's completely up to us. The rooms are more than clean and organized. You'll get a handful of bagged drinks like tea and coffee and also 2 bottles of water and 2 beers, which we were to find in the minibar, also free of charge. A kitchen is included as well, with everything one would need like pans, pots, cutlery, ... A tour guide was fully charged and ready for usage with internet and free phone calls, if necessary. The beds were cozy and the linings were soft and clean. I really loved the fact that a fan was sitting in a corner as well, due to the warm nights we currently are experiencing. We also found items like a small safe, a hot iron and the ironing table, tucked away in the cabinets next to the door. The bathroom was clean and some toiletries were included as well. Room service was fast and friendly. I asked for an extra set of towels and within 2 minutes someone knocked on the door to hand them in. The only 2 "bad" things were that 1. The TV was slightly outdated and thus very slow and in rather low quality 2. The cupboard next to the bed was placed way too close to the balcony door, making it almost impossible to open it more than half the way (this was room 127) Overall, a great place to stay. I'll make sure to only visit the living, when around.

We came with our family for a few days and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a little outside the main city walls, so you do have to walk or take public transportations to get in. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but a little expensive for what is available. The service and staff are wonderful and were so kind and patient with us. Shoutout to Ice for being so good with my parents! Highly recommend staying if you’re in the area and don’t mind walking.

The room was very clean, warm and the bed perfect. Bathroom was really well-made. Staff is efficient. We got an apartment with kitchen, which was very useful. The location is a little bit far from the center (I mean 10 minutes by walk) but the price of our room was very affordable. The only thing to change (which was not a deal breaker) is the wi-fi connexion: too much complex to connect, and sometimes weak or making error connections.

This hotel is in a convenient location not far from public transit. The amenities are excellent. The room was above our expectations but was not as pictured. The website depicts very modern updated rooms but they are not. However they are tastefully furnished and comfortable. In fact, even the economy rooms are suites. They are roomy and homey. The breakfast buffet that was included in the price of the room was extensive and delicious. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating was due to the fact the website advertised air-conditioning but no rooms have it. There are only free- standing fans in the room. The hotel staff did what they could to accommodate us anyway. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel provided a really spacious room and the staff were really pleasant, helpful and friendly. The best part of our stay was the excellent breakfast the next morning. It is probably the best breakfast we have had in Germany. The selection was just phenominal. The quality was just way above the normal standard and well worth the cost.

Everyone was very helpful. I do wish that the movie channel was working so my husband could have watched "English" movies which is why we rented the room that we did. Also it would greatly help if the breakfast would start at 0630 or at least 0700 on the weekends as I had a workshop (class) that I had to attend and I didn't have enough time to really enjoy the breakfast. At least let people come in and start drinking their juice and coffee while the other food is brought out. Also please kindly refill up the popular items more quickly. However the staff was friendly and the food was good. We ate at the restaurant twice. It would be nice to have a few smaller items with lower costs and maybe some more kid friendly items. The food was excellent and the servers were excellent.

Our stay for 1 adult and 1 kid was extremely pleasent and of great value for money. Room was well-equipped and clean, with stove, kettle, cooking equipment, and dishes. We stayed for one night, the staff was extremely friendly, beer and water in the refrigerator free, location OK, and the room rate was very fair. The breakfast is great with high quality and many types of food.

I stayed here while traveling on business. It’s is an old hotel with small room and very small bathroom. The location is not very convenient with the walk to city center and restaurants being about 1.5 km. The hotel is dated and not well maintained and while I was staying there the restaurant and bar was not open. I needed to check out early since my travel plans changed and I was informed the cancellation fee was 80% of the room fee for the remainder of the reservation. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in the suites and the experience was very good, clean areas, helpful people. We especially loved that you can buy water bottles from them for a very good price. We were very dehydrated on our trip and this was very helpful. The parking was great as well. Breakfast delicious.

In overall it was a nice experience for a long stay. Howewver, the room was now good noise isolated from the street so you could hear cars and people at any time during the day and night. That should be improved by the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the waitresses offered and excellent service. They were really nice and offered a marvellous breakfast service. Rooms are cleaned once a week. There is a fridge and an electric kitchen

We stayed in this hotel for just 1 night to break up our journey to Italy. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, check-in was done very quickly. The hotel offers free beer and water in the fridge which is nice plus a sweet snack on arrival. The room was very spacious, modern, with entrance hall = kitchenette (with kettle + tea and coffee), large bathroom with a lovely shower. There was also a balcony with chairs. You could spend a few days visiting the town which is 20min away on foot. Bars nearby (we got one open on Sun too) if you don't want to get the hotel breakfast.

A great, customer-service oriented hotel. I stayed here for three weeks while in Germany for work training. 5/5 Service - All of the employees are very nice and looking to help you however they can. They all speak English (some better than others) and provide great advice for travelers not native to Germany. 4/5 Room - Room is very clean and, in an appropriately German way, supplying the basics without much flair. 7/5 Parking Garage - What a blessing to only pay 5€/ night for parking in a city of small streets and smaller cars. Don't rent the SUV! 5/5 Location - Within a 15 minute walk to the center of the old city center, and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Close enough to be easily accessible, far away enough that you can hit a highway without much traffic. 4/5 Restaurant - Very good food and beer at reasonable restaurant prices. Danke schön!

Terrible experience ! The room, that was given to us, was not checked before our arrival - window was open and there was very cold in the room: +17 degrees only ! Next day the max heating was turned on and temperature in our room was constantly +26 degrees ! We could not adjust it. It was also very complicated to find a moment for opening the window, because our neighbors next door and above smoked all time (from 5-6 in the Morning until the midnight !) on terraces and balkonies. So we had a very hot and unbearable smell of smoke in our room. We talked about the problem, but nothing changed. 'Superior Plus Zimmer' was pretty nice room, but if the conditions will not be changed, we have to take another hotel in the future.

I’ve stayed several months in a superior apartment for business reason in Nürnberg. This hotel is really close to the city center, 2 supermarkets just across the street and at the same time having good connection to the Frankenschnellweg, U-Bahn and S-Bahn. A parking garage is available, including 2 parking places for electrical charge. Having an independent building entrance to the hotel allow us to feel like at home, with having all standards from an hotel. Staff is really friendly. I really recommend this hotel for a short and long stay. See you soon

Leider absolut nicht NICHT zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Bekannte Artist / Sänger aus dem Ausland zu Gast und wurden am Abend unprofissionell und respektlos behandelt. Ein Doppelzimmer zur Doppelnutzung wurde nicht gerecht herausgegeben, (siehe Foto) Zudem, was noch absolut frech war vom Service Mitarbeiter war die Tatasche, dass man ein zusätzliche Zimmer buchen wollte um das Missgeschickt zu mindern, wurde das Zimmer zu einen Wucherpreis am Abend verkauft. AUSSAGE: ist das letzte Zimmer, nehmt es oder ihr habt Pech. Solche Aussagen von einem Hotel ..... NO GO Fazit: Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!
