I cannot confirm the previous good reviews. I feel that much of their terms and advertisments are misleading. I give two examples. 1) While the vaccinations are great value for money, when your dog is really sick and you call for an appointment they say that they are booked out for the next six days. BUT, they have "spoed" (emergency) appointments that you can get any time. Only small issue: these "spoed afspraken" are much more expensive than an appointment at a local private veterinarian! So when your dog is really sick Pets Health gets really expensive or you better go elsewhere. 2) They adverdtise a " GRATIS PUPPY-CHEK bij onze deskundige dierenarts" and give out printed vouchers. However, when you have a puppy and you call they ask if you need (paid) vaccinations or not. If the pup already has all vaccinations then they reply that the checkup will be only with the receptionist. What checkup is this? I must say: I feel really really mislead and cannot trust them.

Vets are good, I can easly reach them in case of emergency. Saturdays they are open. Their place is in store where there is a petshop. So I can also make shoping for my dog and cats as well. But not easy to go by public transport : you need to walk from stop for a while carrying your cat.

Really nice professional and friendly staff. Both cats Munchi and Smokey have had their vaccins, castration and last week an emergency treatment. Every single time we have been helped so nicely and the comminication before and after really impressed me. Thank you very much for taking care of our cats.

They killed my cat. Went to the vet after my cat was throwing up, they “checked him”, stressed him out lots and found nothing wrong so they simply gave him two shots sent him home instead of investigating further. He was having a hard time breathing at the vet and they did nothing. My cat died within 30min of coming back from the vet. Avoid this place if you love your pets. Worst experience of my life. They of course still charged for everything. These people are extremely inexperienced, very young or students. A year before they also injured my cat’s throat during a tooth removal. Should have never came back to this place. Save your pets, don’t bring them here.

This was the first vet who actually put an effort when listening with the stethoscope... maybe if I had this vet before my other baby would still be alive now :(

They are prompt with appointments and their service is good. The only thing is in the last 3 years that have been visiting them I have never met the same vet twice. Personally I would like that personal touch for my pet.

Very friendly staff here! Knowledgeable vet that gave me solid advice on my cats health. Don't let them forget to give back the animal passport though. ;) Shop is a bit different when it comes to layout but that also makes it authentic and interesting. I will definitely go back there as the walk in hours are very convenient and match my working hours.

Always nice and professional. They check, vaccinate and sterilised both my (female) cats. I never had any issue in 4 years and their advices is always welcome.
