Excellent place to conduct functions involving homams. There are two identical halls in two floors. For small functions, a single hall can be used, with a partition dividing the main hall and the dining area. For slightly bigger functions, both halls can be booked, with a dedicated floor for dining. We had conducted our function here recently and the entire experience was great. Received great cooperation from the hall manager in different aspects. The entire building looks rich from outside and is about a year old. Found it to be well-maintained with the floors being spick and span. Elevator is available and the stilt-level can be used to park about cars and bikes.

Two small party halls available, one will be used for dining and the other for programs. Around 40 PPL can dine. Good for 150+ functions.Two rooms available in each floor. Found electric vehicle charge point.. valet car parking available. Around 6 can be parked rest on roads only. Both the floors have separate dine in based on the crowd and need.

Looks like it was newly built. Very clean inside and outside. Good for small functions/ meetings. Hall can conveniently accommodate 75 guests. You will have to squeeze, if you plan 100 guests. There are a couple of rooms for privacy. Located in a narrow street, street parking is limited. The basement parking is limited to 4-5 cars. There is no kitchen!

A mini hall with two floors of function halls. Lift facility is available. Being new looks good. Hall is air conditioned. In the first floor hall, dining space is compact or slightly congested. The dais is good. Suits small functions with small gathering. Limited parking available in the ground floor.

A mini hall suitable for small family functions like engagement, upanayanam etc. Pretty good stage and ample space for parking are plus points. Inadequate space for dining hall and absence of boards showing the way from main road are minus points.can accommodate 100 people at a time.

Very neat, nice hall for small function affordable rate.

Pros - Newly constructed and good atmosphere hall - Flexible and provided sufficient time for our function - Even though the parking lot has limited space of 6 cars, road is wide enough to accomodate around 10 cars - The managers and staff were friendly and co-operative *Cons* - There are no AC in any of the 4 rooms ( 2halls) . Hence, people requiring AC for makeover or something else would face difficulty. Also, AC at the stage was barely there. - One of the main disadvantage of this hall is decorator (Vel decors) . You will not be given an option, similar to few other halls. There were few arrangements we had to cancel just before the function, because they were too poor and decorator couldn't make alternative arrangement despite the cost. Regardless of this, we had a bitter experience due to his harsh behaviour. This is something which the hall management is supposed to look into for their customers. - Caterers might face difficulty, as lift is not allowed to take food items as per their policy

Decent hall for small functions. Restroom is available only one ground floor. 4 to 6 cars can be parked.

It's a fairly new place. Very well maintained. The bride and groom rooms are very small. It was very uncomfortable for us to open and close the door while the bride was called for. There is attached bathroom in both the bride and groom's room. Clicked lot of professional pictures in the terrace. It has a lovely view during the sunset and gave good natural lighting for the photographers to do their magic. The mini hall is just enough for 100 guests and not more. Stage is spacious enough for engagement. We were able to plan good decor as well. The ceiling was high enough to choose good decor.

Very small hall, dining space is not sufficient to accommodate 50 person, no kitchen, no rest room, location also in a remote area, better find some other hall
