Ich fand mein Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, es war praktisch eingerichtet und die Mitarbeiter scheinen liebe Menschen zu sein. Jedoch finde ich nicht, dass der Preis gerechtfertigt ist - die Einrichtung und die Betten sehen ein wenig wie ein Kinderzimmer aus und obwohl es für eine Geschäftsreise vielleicht ausreicht, hätte ich mir etwas schöneres gewünscht für die über 150.- pro Nacht

Esperienza terribile! Durante un viaggio in moto abbiamo prenotato 4 camere qua, ma una aveva la serratura rotta (non abbiamo potuto entrare) quindi 2 persone sono rimaste senza camera ; abbiamo contattato l'assistenza dell'hotel e la loro risposta è stata "non possiamo farci niente" . Abbiamo perso 150€ e ci hanno creato molto disagio, in quanto queste due persone sono rimaste senza camera. Inoltre la mattina dopo, accanto alle moto (nel parcheggio privato dell'hotel) abbiamo trovato escrementi umani. Posto assolutamente da evitare.

Me temo que no puedo dejar una buena reseña… El hotel está muy mal aislado y se oye todo. El olor de la habitación era terrible, y además la limpieza dejaba que desear. Además, para abrir la puerta hay que utilizar una App que no funciona sin datos o wifi, y como extranjero tuve que gastar roaming ya que no me dieron ni el wifi ni la contraseña antes de mi llegada. A menos que haya mejoras importantes, no volveré ni lo recomiendo. Cosas positivas, su ubicación y la comunicación.

I booked this hotel for our assistants. Room not clean. Sheets not washed. Floor dirty. Construction work not finished. She said very bad experience. As there is no desk it was impossible to request clean sheets. I would not recommend this place.

Les chambres sont simples, mais propres. Pas de clim, mais généralement pas nécessaire. Une piscine est dispo, mais pas top. Machine a laver dispo. Cuisine généralement en bon état. En cas de problème j'ai toujours appelé, et le service était toujours réactif. Même en pleine nuit, ils ont décroché, avaient accès aux portes et pouvaient créer des cartes si l'application ne marchait pas, ou me proposer une autre chambre, quand il y avait un problème avec la chambre. Suffit de demander... Machine à café et thé disponible dans la chambre. Machine selecta au rdc. Emplacement très central.

Arrived 11pm after checking-in online and managed to open the front door with the "phone" key but it would not open the room door. I checked other doors which showed a red light but nothing from my door. You need to know this is just rooms in an apartment block so nobody is around if you have an issue. I repeatedly called the emergency number and nobody answered. Some guests came out and said a lady had arrived at 6pm that week and also could not get in the same room or get anyone on the emergency number. At 12pm I searched for other hotel without luck and decided I would take the first 0426 train from Zug. This was meant to be a cheap bed to sleep in for one night so I didn't need to make my usual last 2130 train from a business function. In the end.. the stairs were the only option. This place is a disaster only risk it if you will arrive in the office working hours. So bad to have an automated service without any people and then not have an emergency option with at least one person who can remotely open doors. Bad bad.

Esperienza da dimenticare. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici a 500km da casa, avevamo prenotato 4 camere e per aprire sia il portone principale che l’appartamento serviva una chiave elettronica sul cellulare. Appena arrivati ho aperto subito il portone principale, mentre arrivati davanti alle camere i miei compagni di viaggio hanno aperto la porta della camera senza problemi e la mia camera invece non si apriva. Abbiamo provato ad appoggiare il telefono in tutte le posizioni possibili, ma la porta non lampeggiava nè di rosso nè di verde; mentre se provavamo ad appoggiare il telefono ad altre camere casuali la serratura si illuminava di rosso: questo e il fatto che riuscissi ad aprire il portone principale dimostrava che il problema era proprio la serratura rotta. Ho contattato subito l’assistenza mandando anche dei video (che non sono stati guardati in quanto la ragazza che avrebbe dovuto aiutarci e fornire assistenza diceva “non posso guardare i video”) per dimostrare la problematica che non dipendeva da noi, alcune delle risposte che abbiamo ricevuto sono state: “a me risulta tutto ok, non dipende da noi”, “riprova”, “aspetta, riscarica e riprova”. Ho chiesto di mandare qualcuno a risolvere il problema o di darci un’altra camera, ma niente. Quindi, dalle 16.00 a 00.00 abbiamo aspettato aiuto per poi ritrovarci a 500km da casa senza un posto dove stare. La mattina dopo ci ha risposto ai messaggi un’altra ragazza di nome Elena (che ringrazio per la sincerità e professionalità) scusandosi del comportamento e della mancata assistenza del giorno precedente dicendoci che in realtà i video avrebbero potuto guardali e dimostravano chiaramente che il problema proveniva dalla serratura e avrebbero dovuto darci un’altra keycard, così ha provveduto ad effettuarci un rimborso. Come ultima cosa, la mattina appena scesi nel parcheggio privato della struttura abbiamo trovato di fianco ai nostri mezzi degli escrementi umani.

The room was clean, functional and well located. The note I am giving is about lack of information and customer service concerning an emergency I had just before checking out (my clother were stuck in their washing machine). My advice is better indicate this issue or it is better to delete one service than to provide one that may cause more problems.

Service apartment style hotel located close to Zug station. This is not a luxury hotel, but okay if one is interested in staying near the city centre at a reasonable price.

Not even soap was in the room. Coming in late (all shops closed) and having a meeting early next morning meant I had to improvise to wash my hands and get a shower. If you rent hotel rooms, at least make sure that guests have the most basic necessities.
