I've lost countless cards with this wallet, They are very kind and replaced the cardholder thingy for free, but it still has the same problem. I also can't use metal cards with this wallet because they fall out even easier than the plastic ones. Pretty expensive purchase for something that simply doesn't work. Very disappointed and didn't expect such quality flaws with this highly regarded product.
