I was at the Store at Eindhoven center to buy a Michael Kors watch this evening.The sales lady at the counter went on ignoring us and attending to other customers even though I asked her multiple times. I don't know whether the discrimination was because we don't speak Dutch, or we don't look "Dutch" but it was really disappointing. We finally managed to buy what we came for but maybe we shouldn't have. And although her colleague who finally helped us did apologize, she did not.But we expected a lot better from @deBijenkorf. We live in a diverse and multicultural society and we were definitely made to feel we shouldn't be here.

Love this store. The vibe is fantastic. However, I must say I expected more forward or proactive salespeople. I was trying to find a new sun/skincare routine, but no-one seemed interested in providing information. The staff seemed more occupied talking to one another. I decided to just go and look online rather than guess what my best options were by myself.

Bit upper class. Was helpful with cashier but felt a bit looked down on as not seeming to flash wealth. Was even confronted to understand if I try to go to different floor without paying first police would get involved. So weierd. They might need some training to deal with international expats

Bad experiences in Eindhoven Bijenkorf!!! Your customers deserve better!! The sales persons do not know the procedures at all. They do not know how to give a gift card, how to handle returns (many times claiming that no gift card is available and can have it after many escalations). They are rude and just saying "no" or "it's your problem" instead of trying to produce solutions (which are existing already after escalations). They just push the clothes into the bags without proper folding. No kindness, no smile, no customer sensitivity... I had to write the comment as your customer for 5 years and after many cases. You have to train your employees and hire people with soft skills such as communication!!

Best place for shopping if you are looking for quality including most of the brands,clothes,perfumes,makeup and homeware I bought beds spray with very beautiful smell plus candles Almost 4 floors

Nice looking pastry, from cafe on the ground floor, doesn't correspond quality. Or in other words: fabulous outside with banal taste. Loss of money..

I personally would not recommend this shop to any Indian/ brown person because of my experience today. I was at this store looking for skin care products and the woman who was working there came towards me and took away the products from me to the billing section as if I was unwilling to pay. In less than a minute there was a security guard standing right behind me and I asked the woman about something I wanted to add before billing but she was really rude and did not respond properly. I was baffled and uncomfortable so I bought the items and walked out of the store. Never going back again. I hope they don’t continue this racist behaviour towards anyone.

Friendly staff, clean store, but the distributed brand-focused mini-stores really messes up shopping for specific items. Brands are overvalued, leaving customers to visit… every… small… corner… of this shopping mall to find all offers for pants/shirts/belts/sweaters. I only recommend going here if you’re looking for a specific clothing item of a specific brand, if you enjoy good food (they have a great restaurant on the top floor), or if you’re just looking to browse without a real shopping-goal.

Great shopping centers, all kind of women, man and kids clothes plus small home appliances. All trade marks are available, may be some what expensive but its great experience to visit it. At cotr center, where you can continue shopping and dining. Also nice food court at last floor, where you can take some rest and take a snake with coffee

My son took his CASIO G SHOCK to the affordable watch counter behind the G floor yesterday to have his watch strap repaired. Perhaps because the watch was not purchased in this department, the service staff that night explained impatiently that he could not repair it here! He also asked the child to go online to buy parts and repair it himself! This made me extremely confused, I checked their website and wanted to make a complaint and seek a explaination. but funny things is that I unexpectedly discovered that they actually provide watch maintenance services. I believe that this department store is not the exclusive agent of CASIO watches, and there should be no special reason for rejecting watches with warranty cards. I don't understand the service staff's refusal to provide service that day. But it is obvious that she is inconsistent with the company's operating direction. In addition, this is actually not the first time that I feel that the professionalism of this department needs to be strengthened. In fact, we went there at least three times, and they always had various excuses. I do not recommend that you go to this department to purchase your products.

They pretend like a luxury shop while giving zero **** with their customer support. So your order can be delivered to a random place (your home address or a pick up point) even though you select your preference during your order on Bijenkorf website. They do nothing about it. There is no point to select delivery option. Many other shops sell the same items. Better to find a decent shop that they do what you prefer as a customer.

De Bijenkorf Head Quarter immediately needs to re-train the Eindhoven store team!!! Each single time I need ti visit the store with a goal like changing item, buying gift etc I feel the concern when I step into the store. For basic actions, sale advisors need to consult all the time to their colleagues, their packaging is sloppy that never reflect the High-end department store! I know it is not De Bijenkorf but it is Eindhove store! So please train the team

A huge Store where you can find almost everything you need. The staff are very helpful and kind they know how to serve they customer's. The quality of the products they sell are premium. Everything corner in the store in clean and Managed.

After ordering online about everything in the past two years it was nice to go and visit a shop. Not desperately in need of new stuff, but helped me to clear my head. So 'de Bijenkorf' as pretentious as always, but that is okay ones in a while. On the expensive side of course, but well presented and in a ambiance that fits the prices. I know, I don't have to pay the full 100 Euro for a set of jeans. But hey...

One of my favourite department stores for men's shopping. Great selection of clothing and accessories for all budgets, nice bookstore, great homewares. I can't speak for the ladies section as I didn't go into it, but I like the open space, the lighting, the staff are very attentive. It got 1 star less for the cafe being very very slow to serve

I loved the place, it was so big and I found very good brands there.

Terrible online shopping experience. After ordering a pretty pricey item on a discount, we could not receive it. After ping-ponging with PostNL, the online assistance gave an advice of re-ordering the item in a full price as they could not figure out delivery. Unfortunately I strongly discourage anyone to order online from here.

Good shop to buy things in budget

Too expensive, no real discount. Nothing more than a expensive trademarks that i don't imagine the jobs of ppl who can afford buying this stuff. Now for some reasons the employees stuff ( mostly men) were a bit rude with customers. Having a bad experience there, definitely not coming back.

High quality and luxurious items. Anything from home, kitchen, fashion, cosmetics and perfumes. There's a nice restaurant in the 2nds floor, with very clean bathrooms. Coming to Bijenkorf is always a good experience, but might take you hours 😉

My family and I enjoyed our fresh food. Peaceful atmosphere.

Here you can sit down for a delicious sweet bite with a cappuccino. Aside from jewelry, skin care etc. you can buy something special for someone special. There is a tiny corner with an amazing variety of gifts like wine testers, chocolates etc.

Weird thing is I go there for their food section these days. Lip smacking cakes, amazing pastries and tasty coffee. What can be happen better that this when you are on shopping streak.

Yesterday the employee at shoes department was too busy to talk with her friend and could not help me .I was waiting for 25 minute to try on a pair of shoes from 890 euro and she didn't care at all.I left of course and still she didn't care ( I asked her severals times to help me).This morning I wrote the customer service explaining what happened and the answer was:"we hop to see you soon". I told them that is not the way to treat customers and I'm going to leave a bad review and his answer was "ok". Everyone told me that is a very racist store, but I didn't aspect that was so bad.Never in my life again.

Must visit shop if you are really found of fashion and want specific brands , trending collections . When there are any offers I immediately rush to buy something . Shop where I don’t want to come out without buying anything.

So expensive and not a big choice of products. No discounts. Like example, Chanel egoist platinum cost 112 eur, and no discounts. In 50 meters is a shop IC Paris, where is same parfum cost 92 eur
