This was a lot of fun and a really good experience! We were 2 people and we did the escape room at the Novotel hotel. As we arrived there was already someone waiting for us who brought us to another room and explained the rules. After that we were locked in the Room. We had 1 hour and these were really intense 60 minutes as the riddles and clues required quite some thinking. When we got stuck we could ask for a hint which worked pretty well. In the end we almost managed to escape :) A definitely fun and worth experience!

Escape the Jungle - sehr cool!

We did the "Motel room" in the Novotel, the instructor was very nice and the room was very fun!

Really not worth it. Way too expensive, we paid 85CHF for a family with 2 kids even though no special service offered and the kids were not really involved in the game (too difficult for 1 star). We solved 5 questions within 1 hrs, it was said the game will be prolonged 20 min, we got 10 min only. No introduction at the beginning of he game, just confirmation of my payment I received. The voucher codes that should have been sent 1 hrs before game start never arrived, I had to call them. Very disappointing, way too expensive, bad service. Next time fox trail again!

We (children aged 10-12) did the URBANmission Outdoor “Family Agent Hunt” in LUCERNE. We really liked it, everything went smoothly with the app and booking. No public transport is used (unlike the foxtrail). Everything is within walking distance and in the center - we didn't discover any new places (we come from close by) but we liked the puzzles, not too easy but not too difficult either. At around 1.15 hours, it's also a pleasant time frame. Be careful, if you don't have the app open for a long time (keyword: a trip to a store), it may close, but everything is saved and you have to click through again. Next time I would like to go to Zurich.

In our opinion, the price/performance ratio is not quite right. This adventure would be ok for CHF 20.00.

I booked an outdoor escape room for my family (adventure with Elves). Despite booking in English, the documentation sent was in German. A phone call with a freindly lady solved this and technically everything was ok. However, the quality of the riddles was not great and felt like it was badly translated to english. Especially the audio in the video clips were unprofessional. Another downside is that the event code provided works only for one device. So we had 4 kids fighting about my phone... Overall questionable price/value.

Murder in the hotel, different puzzles analogue and interactive with the cell phone, some very easy to understand, others you need something to solve. The hotel is a nice environment for this, since we were testers, the employees weren't all “initiated” yet. It was funny, something different, and stimulated the gray cells. The idea is basically very great but simple. It was really fun, but we had difficulties with some questions. I don't think that we always entered the wrong answer, but rather that there was some kind of "programming error". Despite all the obstacles, we still made it. A really great thing!
