We have discovered Zurich Relocation with a short-term rent, and we liked their properties and customer service so much that when we permanently moved to Zurich we went straight to them. Not only do they always have great properties available, but their customer service is astonishing, especially thanks to Tuncer. From the apartment selection to the lease agreement, from the check-in to the recurring maintenance (even though the properties are already in an excellent condition), this is by far the best renting experience we have ever had, both in Switzerland and abroad. Very strongly recommending them.

When I relocated to Switzerland, I needed to find comfortable accommodation, fast. ZR Zurich Relocation provided the perfect solution: I live in a lovely, modern apartment close to the city and lake, with WI-FI and cable TV; having the British channels makes me feel very at home! Everything works and I feel safe, with the ZR team on-hand for any housekeeping or maintenance support (even double-checking I locked the front door!); Konstantin and Fabian are especially kind. At first, I wasn’t sure how long I would stay in Zurich and really appreciated the flexibility of a one-month’s deposit and notice period. Nevertheless, I love my ZR apartment so much, I have already been here for five years!

Amazing furnished place to stay and very professional management team! The apartment is modern, well equipped with coffee machine, big TV, household equipment and even a standing desk just to name a few! Everything was super clean and well prepared just like in a hotel. unbetterable fabulous apartment with glorious large windows views all sides....trees full of life and colour...churchtowers in distance ringing bells sundays... 15th century clock visible on nearby hill across from botanical garden .....bedrooms over mountains and lake...wonderful underfloor heating .....miele machines worked a dream....and quiet....superb mattresses (important)...very comfy couch and dining table chairs.....walk up but very wide stairs and each low step so in fact easy to ascend....stayed a month coming again for that yearly.....the company answered any and all queries once we arrived immediately, emailed and on phone for minor queries....both peope totally committed and knowledgable and very at ease about questions...this is the only company we would ever use (friends have used the other known worldwide virtual monopoly and have had only bad experiences, misrepresentations,feigned ignorance, and aggression...just for the record).....anyway 5 star to zurich relocation!

Bullying behaviour from the landlady. The flat full of dirt. Dishwasher broken from the previous guests so we had to deal with the flooding of kitchen and repair personnel roaming the flat. Very inconvenient.
