Fancy swiss cooking. Vegetarian options very limited.

Was really looking for the big hype of this place but sometimes expectations can overwhelm a location. Salad was plain, chicken had nothing special. I can cook it better at home.

Came here the other night with 2 others and we ordered 1 of the 2 course and 2 of the 3 course menu. We were seated on the back outdoor patio at the corner. Nice and quiet but one side of the table was facing the wall and didn't get any view. The temperature was very comfortable and the patio was covered from the sun. Only issue was after dinner the mosquitoes and bugs started coming out at us when we were having dessert and tea. Otherwise a lovely patio! We ordered: Pulpo💕 Smoked Duck Breast💕 Beef Tartar👌 Mathieu's Cheeks💕 Veal Steak👌 Swiss Alpine Pike Perch👌 Pistachio Fondant 💕 Pavlova👌 The pulpo had great Octopus flavour and texture, duck breast was super soft and flavourful- the accompaniments on the plate went very well with the breast, Beef Tartar was very good and marinated well that the texture didn't seem like raw beef at all and came with many toppings that were pickled onions, cucumbers. The Cheeks were amazing and melt in your mouth soft, completely understandable how it's been on the menu for all these years!! Best Beef cheek I've ever had. The Veal Steak was also very tender and fresh pasta was light and refreshing. The tomatoes were full of flavour on all the dishes that had them. The perch was cooked perfectly but the skin could have been a bit more crispy. Favourite dessert was the Pistachio Fondant- basically what we know as a lava cake! The inside was very sticky but not overly sweet, the outside crust was just crunchy enough and soft on the inside with the Pistachio paste filling. One of my all time favourite desserts. Before the meal we also got Amuse bouche, bread with spiced butter, and after our meal the set comes with either coffee or tea. The service was great and our server Carlo was very attentive. Too bad we are only visiting as we would love to come back one day!

Espectacular food and espectacular place! We went here as a recommendation and the place was really beautiful with an amazing terrace for good sunny days and a very well decorated cellar! The service was really kind and good and the most amazing came with food! The food here is one of the best I tried in Zurich! I will come back for sure!

Good food and globally pleasant service. Feels like nice home cooked food, wine pairing pretty uninteresting and its presentation could be improved, they did not have much knowledge on the wines. Why two stars only then? When you take a surprise degustation menu, it’s quite an unpleasant surprise to see extra fees for dishes being charged on the menu. They select what they give you, so picking the dishes which are charged extra on the menu - without even mentioning or asking - is dishonest and a pretty cheap move.

The octopus salad was delicious and the octopus was very tender; the veal with mushrooms was super tasty too. I did not have enough space for dessert, so I need to come back to try it another time.

📝 Positive fine dining experience with good service. I found prices also very honest for the level offered. 🍴 To get started, they served some homemade breads and amouse-bouche. Afterwards I tried a salmon-based appetizer and venison with spätzli as main course. Every little detail was carefully prepared and flavours mixed perfectly - on the other hand, portions were quite limited in size as you'd expect in such a restaurant. Dessert was also great and beautiful to see. 📍 The restaurant is very pretty inside. It's located a bit further away from the very center of the city but really close to a tram station and only 5 minutes away on foot from Sihlcity. ☝🏼 We liked the butter shaped with the restaurant's logo!

Really good restaurant with incredible attentive service. Superb wine pairing. Only small little minus was how they described one dessert as a walnut ice cream but was a apple walnut ice cream where you couldn’t taste a single bit of walnut.

Absolutely amazing culinary experience. All staff members are very friendly and extremely knowledge about their profession. This was one of the best meals we ever had. Highly recommended for special occasions or just to enjoy the food and service.

We had a great time at the restaurant. The service is amazing. Felt really welcome and taken care of. The food was also good - the combination of the dishes was different and interesting.

The food, atmosphere ,service was all exceptional. We had a 4 course dinner. We got pralines and a infused tea at the end as complimentary. The sorbets are a must try. Overall very good fine dining experience. It is on the expensive side. Like every where they charge for water 5 CHF per person.

This restaurant was amazing! My wife and I went for dinner and got the 5 course meal with the wine pairing and the food and wine were incredible. We chose separate dishes for our meals and our waiter selected the best wine pairings for each dish and did an amazing job. The food was great. Every dish we had was incredible, no complaints at all. Would definitely go back next time we are in Zurich. Our waiter Lars was amazing and took the time to explain each dish and wine that we received in detail and made the experience so much nicer. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

Overall, delicious food. I had the porchetta for starters which was really yum but my main - the lamb rack, was a bit meh. The beef cheeks looked phenomenal, wish I had ordered that. Atmosphere was quiet, maybe because it was a Tuesday, but service was quick and professional.

In short, food wasn't so impressive except the main dish. I didn't feel so welcomed as a foreigner who doesn't really speak Swiss german. Good for casual lunch or dinner but not for celebration. It looked to me that the dishes would have stories from how they were presented on the menu and by the decoration - because they just give out some ingredients and not explain what each menu really is. But I couldn't understand. It was confusing why the chef combined ingredients as such.... Calamares was inconvenient to eat. The ingredients were not harmonious at all and felt like everything's just thrown in to make it look convincing. Skrei was quite pungent - no taste of truffle at all. There was nothing to complain about the lamb rack, though. I loved the meat, loved the tempura, and loved the creamy something. Mille-feuille was a franchise supermarket level. By the time we were leaving, nobody there for parting. 👍🏻 However, I was impressed by some of the little details they put here and there. Whoever's idea it was to prepare the ladies' restroom as such... kudos to you.

We had an amazing experience at this wonderful restaurant last night. To start, the service was highly professional and attentive and made us feel like home. The food was superb and wine paired perfectly. The ingredients have been selected with extreme care and of the highest quality. We will come back soon and highly recommend this great restaurant to all interested in a super culinary experience.

Amazing food and so well presented. Fabulous staff - very attentive but not obtrusive Fantastic swell soiree here for 40th birthday event. Make a res early - can be hard to get in due to high demand.

It was a really pleasant evening. All were excellent. Staffs were courteous. The appetizer Rindtatar, love it! Perfect place to have one fine dining.

Well done to the kitchen team for serving us warmly on a Friday night. We enjoyed it a lot, especially the Rose was very yum. If you wish for a quiet spot look to the corner tables. The if the house is full it tends to get quite noisy.

What a beautiful surprise this place was! The food was delicious and the service was incredible. My favourite dishes were the pumpkin soup and the veal with truffle mashed potatoes. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely revisit.

Amazing food! Would recommend going for the surprise menu as you’ll get some choices you might not have personally picked but that are A+ quality. Also loved the fact that they had a non-alcoholic drink pairing (something more restaurants should have in my opinion).

Very relaxing and casual for fine dining (not stuffy). We were seated outside in the courtyard and it was a beautiful night. Nice aperol and a good wine. Excellent staff who love their produce... So did we. I'll be back!

When you walk in to the restaurant you think at first you walk back in time - we arrived on a beautiful night and there where no customers inside - luckily they have a nice garden where the people where seated 👍 The service was fantastic and really only beaten by the food - it was amazing 💪 Can only recommend to find this place if you are looking for food in Zurich 👏👏👏
