Don’t know what to say so shocked from the attitude of the employee lady who served me after …. I stayed in the same building hotel Everything was more than perfect till the moment the lady employee showed up🙄 I entered the coffee in the morning at 11 am Ordered a flat white the guy told me it’s not in the menu’s but I’ll try to do it I told him ok Then when he approached with coffee it was a micyaato I told him to replace it with a cappuccino…. From no where something big showed up and Sayed to me we don’t serve flat white (( it’s an American bull shitt )) excuse me how come ur talking to a customer in this way And why your saying those words about American ????? How come ???? How dare ???? She said it again And told me if u don’t like leave I’ve entered the hotel back and complain I hope my right will never flash If people like those are serving I don’t think The owner will get the benefit of having this beautiful coffee shop He will loose the business in future 13/02/2022 11:00 am

A good cafe, that is part hotel lobby cafe, and part central Zürich cafe. The food is an okay representation of hotel classics, as well as local Swiss classics. There is nothing amazing, but then there aren’t really any misses either. This burger is a good example. It covers all the things you’d want from a burger, without being amazing across any of them. The surprising thing was the tea menu. Most of Zürich has a small to poor tea selection. This is one of the few that actually has a reasonable tea menu. I had the Darjeeling and it came with a timer and was brewed nicely. The other big upside is location. This is super convenient, being just opposite the main train station.

Very pleasant place gor breakfast. The croissants weren't the best but the service was excellent.

Wonderful atmosphere and crepe. Staff were attentive to detail, well trained and kind. The crepe chocolate sauce had a nice malty hint, the berries were juicy and fresh, and the crepe batter was soft and appropriately sweat and creamy Affogato al caffe was wonderful too, they have decaffeinated options as well.

A very nice place to start a weekend while Zurich is still empty or enjoy your coffee while waiting for a train. Cafe is just one step away from Zurich HB (Zurich Main station), actually you just need to cross the road to be at the station. Croissants and coffee (I drank cappuccino) are very tasty, and you can taste that milk is of high quality. Highly recommend this place.

Worst service ever , No respect for the customers & i’ve never been humilated like this in my life.

Horrible experience. Waited for so long to sit and for a coffee. After we highlighted we were already waiting for a while for ordering, we were treated with some bad facial and non verbal expressions. Then they told us we were sitting too close to the other table which was supposed to be for two people. I can understand there’s more attention to people of the hotel, but there’s no indication about this. We just wanted a coffee and were treated as if they were paying for us. Do not recommend at all.

Fantastic staff ... this place can get super busy in the morning and around lunch. Come after 2 and it’s very quiet. Sit out side and enjoy the afternoon breeze and people watch!

I love the old vibe of the place. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. I had a coffee and a cheesecake. It was good, but not amazing! Also, pretty pricey

Nice and cozy café! Very friendly service and they have this out of the box tea timer to indicate when to take off your teabag from the teapot! Overall, it is a good for a quick drink but a bit pricey!

It's an OK coffee place just in front of the main station, which makes it conveniently accessible for people passing by train. The place is a bit fancy, and certainly expensive, but, notwithstanding the name, the coffee is reasonable, not more. The croissants especially should be avoided.

3.75 stars (does this make sense) was in Zurich for a half day stopover and decided to come by for some food. your girl forgot her broke status for a second and ordered a whole beef tartare that she has never once tried in her life. point is, I have no benchmark for this. it was just really interesting to eat. loved the pairing with the salad and butter, though I doubt I ate those correctly either. the sour salad on the side wasn’t for me unfortunately. all in all, interesting experience and really friendly staff! I was properly fumbling but they were patient with me, which was lovely. the place is also rather fancy, if that counts for anything. - broke college kid

We went for coffee & apple strudel. It’s rare I would say a pastry don’t taste good , but the strudel was not. Not sure if it’s the way it’s made in Zurich or if it was an old pastry. The inside apple where tasting like made with oxydante or rotten apple 🫣🤢

The staff was nice, but I was disappointed to find that they stop serving eggs and crepes after noon. I would have loved to try their food, but I was really looking for some breakfast. Maybe next time.

Very nice local cafe connected to the hotel. Friendly service. Amazing warm clotted cream served with the apple tart. Must try!

This is a very posh place, its a part of a very good hotel which is very very fancy. They do some really good Coffee which was very much needed as I was craving a nice warm drink whilst walking around in the cold. They have a food menu and their desserts are like something you'd see on MasterChef!

Expensive while the coffee and pastries were nothing to write home about. Gourmet in price only.

Food great some of the best eggs Benedict we’ve had, sauce was creamy and flavorful. Eggs were perfection took a while to come out but food was great!
