It was disgusting... Bad reception. When we entered the room. It smelled like a smoking bar. We asked to change the room. Second room: so tiny, not clean, dust everywhere. Bed was uncomfortable (really). Laundry was not clean and looked very worn-out. Careful!! This is an apartment hotel, but kitchen equipments are paid !!!???. I was afraid of people frequenting this place. For bathroom: I was afraid everytime I switch the light on because the button is scorched!!!. Tap was leaking....View was totally disappointing. Trash containers when you look down the street and huge construction site in the horizon. Be careful misleading informations on booking.com. parking is for 29 CHF per night and kitchen equipments are for 20 CHF per night. Briefly, don't ruin your stay at Zurich by booking at this hotel.

WATCH OUT! VERY BAD! In October 2022 I booked an apartment here. The room and bed were very dirty and the furniture is worn out and unsafe. (!!!!SEE PHOTOS IN GOOGLE REVIEW!!!!) The Bed: - The double bed is small (160cm wide) and is offered with a single bed blanket. - The bed is very soft and you can feel the springs of the bed - The mattress (sheet) was full of dirty stains and hair!!!! Furniture: - There is one chair in the 'apartment' that is completely worn out. There are several holes in the seat cover. - Dangerous lamp. The plug of the lamp on the bedside table is broken. The cables hang loose in the socket 'Apartment': - It is advertised as an apartment. There is a microwave and an induction hob. There is nothing else available at all!! No cutlery, no plates, no glasses, no cleaning supplies, nothing at all! - Cooking utensils can be rented for CHF 20 per day! SHOCKING! - There is no coffee machine or kettle. Noise disturbance: - The rooms are very noisy. You can listen in on the conversations of the guests in other apartments.

Very bad place to stay. Dont even consider. Front management will not help you with anything. Just a money trap. Would not recommend.

Clean hotel, but not that special. Beds are horrible (very soft) but the rooms are clean and big enough for 1 night. They ask around 30 euro’s for 1 night parking. At street it is 15 euro’s. If you want something extra (coffee machine etc) you need to pay a ‘deposit fee’ for it. Rooms are cleaned once a week.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in this miserable hotel. All the pictures posted on their private page are false and miserable services in this hotel. I advise every tourist not to approach this hotel. I am one of the tourists who fell into the trap, not the same as the advertised photos

Very disappointing. 1. Room smells of cigarette smoke. 2. Small and uncomfortable mattress. 3. There are no water glasses/mugs in the room. You need to pay 20 euros an extra for them. 4. You are an hour walk from the city, or a bus and a train ride. 5. Housecleaning is only once per week. 6. No bag storage. I have stayed in hotels in rural Russia that are better equiped. If I am giving something 1 star, it means that I am incredibly disappointed.

The good: The bed is nice, nice view from the last floor, good balcony to enjoy, public transportation stops nearby, great if you are cycling, there is also a publi bike stop nearby. The bad: it wasn't properly clean when I arrived, the bathroom smelled like pee :'(, they cleaned it only once during my stay, it comes empty unless you rent the kitchen items by 20CHF per day.

Sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung ist top und es ist an einer top Lage. Ich kann das Residence Appartements nur weiter empfehlen! Ich komme gerne wieder!

The staff was friendly. But the bed was really uncomfortable. We had a sleepless night because our back hurt so much. There’s no kitchen equipment, you have to rent it for 20CHF per day.

The bed is comfortable. The management is well engaged. arranged for the late arrival with the code box and the late check out 😊 the room was equipped with a kitchen for a charge and lovely balcony. Public transport within walking distance.

Bin extra 1 1/2h mit Zug und Bus dort hin gefahren, bei meiner Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, dass die Reservation annulliert wurde, ohne mich zu informieren, weil sie meinten auf meine Karte wäre kein Geld, obwohl auf meiner Karte das Geld draufgeladen war. Mir wurden im Voraus 16 Franken verrechnet. Es ist eine totale Frechheit und in meiner Meinung gar nicht professionell. Auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlenswert.

Very disappointed! This place is useless for everything they charge money. I have been to several hotels in Sri Lanka they have more facilities than this at least a kettle and cups to make tea. In thus apartment for parking they charge an additional 29CHF/per night. and for kitchen equipments they charge 20CHF/per day. The rooms are not sound proof and it is really disturbing for the guests when loud guests are nearby. They provide only one key card and if someone goes out with that the rest of the people should be in the dark without electricity. For an additional key card they charge 100CHF. The normal check in and checkout is from 3pm to 11am and for additional checkout time we need to pay 15CHF/per hour. The worst apartment I came across.

Located just 4 km away from the Zurich city center, it is a very good apartment indeed. Good toilet, kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Good security system. We took 3 rooms for 7 persons. Rate is high as per Swiss standard.

saubere & moderne Zimmer - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 👍 der Fußweg in die Stadt war etwas länger als gedacht das Parkhaus im Keller des Hotels war von Vorteil (gegen Aufpreis)

Good Hotel, Pricepowerlevel is 5 Stars, my Room was clean and the Reception works fast!

Basic and nice stay, found the hotel manager Raj to be very helpful and considerate. Our stay was comfortable, mostly came back to sleep and rest. Location is near bus stop with easy access to train stations. Couple of supermarkets are within walking distance. The AC was not there so be aware about it for the summers, we were given table fans in the room. You can ask for more utensils from the reception.

Nice quiet and very clean apartment. The place is secured by a person in the front desk for entry. Only minor thing is the parking is very limited or the parking fee is very high eg 28 Swiss Franc per night.

Very good room, clean and well maintained, but there is no air condition in the rooms. The receptionist has been really kind and professional in satisfying our requests. Another detail that i did not like really much is the fact that the reception opens at 10 am do if you want to do your checkout before 10 am you actually can't. Prices are really fair though.

New and clean apartment for a short stay with a good price. But if you need e.g. a fork, shampoo or just a later checkin (after 7pm) you have to pay. Thats part of the concept.

The price of this residence apartment is pretty affordable, Ill consider it pretty good and to be 15 minutes from Hb and for all the equipment that has inside including the big balcony. In overall is a good place if you wanna be a bit far from the city and save some cash

Modern building in a quiet, residential part of town. The rooms themselves are clean, functional and the beds comfortable. Other amenities like showers, TVs and toilets are conveniently placed and there isn't anything bad to point out. The staff speaks english and are really helpful and welcoming. The only minor minus is it's location, you must walk a bit to get to the tram station bt still, this isn't a big deal really.

Very bad service. We don’t recommand. We have booked a room for 3 persons and we received a room for 2, no bed for the 3rd. There were no sufficient towels. The pillows, blanket and bed are very bad quality. The man at the reception was really not professional.

Kittel they provide very bad.they said this best they have, you can see it in pic. Kitchen vessels very old not look clean you won't feel to cook. No smart tv ,no YouTube to watch your favourite stuff. Ultimate you won't have good feel.
