I had the opportunity of staying at Ema House several years ago, the apartment had 2 floors and a very nice ambient, good views and very very clean. Feels like a home. Would definitely enjoy staying again, especially if traveling with family due to spacious rooms and opportunity of having a dinner table as well as a kitchen. By looking at the pictures, the place was updated, my review is based on 10 years ago, so it must have gotten better which makes me want to stay there again. Thank you.

Checkin time supposed to be at 3pm. After arriving at 3.30pm, I still need to wait at the lobby another 30minutes till the room to be cleaned. Another thing: I have booking genius level 2 and should be offered free room upgrade. But with showing them my account, the receptionist told me he could do nothing. Not apology for that at all. Ask me to contact booking for any problem and doesn’t wanna to reach out to solve the problem at all. Despite of the good decorations, not worth at all.

A great place to stay! The staff were very hospitable and even walked me to my room. Rooms were very nicely decorated and all furnishings looked new. Door entry even featured a camera system to see who was at your door. Window shutter adjustments were controlled via an electric panel switch to enhance the nice views. Easy walk to the train station and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be staying here whenever we are in Zurich. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Breakfast served in the room is one of the highlights for my daughter. View of the river is really pleasant in the summer. It might be little walk downhill to the shopping district and the lake, but it's very manageable with a tram ride. Staff are very friendly and shout out to their staff, Jonathan, who was super sweet to share with us the various attractions in Zurich and local neighborhood coffee joints and made us feel very welcome.

Stayed for a night at EMA House in Dec 22. Check-in staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. As it was our honeymoon trip, we were delighted when they prepared a small gift for us. Although the accommodation is a distance (10+ minute walk from the Zurich station which may be a tad far for some), we felt the awesome crew and experience we had still renders EMA house a 5 star :)

The behavior of the reception staff was a bit acceptable. I was choosing a suite with breakfast, but when I asked for breakfast, they told me that I had not booked the breakfast, and after discussion and confirmation, I was answered that it was a mistake (this simple mistake should not have happened in a prestigious facility) and the other surprise that I informed them at check in that I would go out at 12pm instead of 11am and they told me early in the morning that I had to go out until one of the staff came to the room to told me i have to get out, I did not like the treatment at all and the mismanagement in this hotel Other thing be carful because they charge me after 6 hours of the check out by 18CHF FOR USING WINE IN THE BAR WHICH I DIDN’T USE IT IN THE REAL!!!

yesterday morning I received the "gluten free breakfast" as I specified the night before, I asked the lady who brought it again if it is gluten free?and she confirmed that it is gluten free!!!!after less than a few hours I felt sick I realized that I was contaminated, until today I was terribly sick, the symptoms are terrible, you are simply making fun of people ....

Perfect location and very good service. Breakfast in the room, but it is pretty good. Clean rooms and perfect beds, not so puffy like in other Switzerland ))

Spacious and comfortable rooms within walking distance of the main station. Very friendly and personal service by the all staff - nothing not to like!

EMA house is near my home, so visiting family stay here when there is not enough room in my apartment. The rooms and apartments are really well thought out, well designed and clean and pleasant. The staff are really friendly and helpful and alway work to accommodate our needs. Nordstrasse is really well located, close to the station and the centre of town.

Lovely visit for a family of 5. The two bedroom suite works very nicely with a good quality cot provided in the living room. Very spacious, comfortable, and loved the location with the street car station immediately outside the front door. Highly recommend!

absolutely brilliant! my apartment was very spacious, light, and comfortable, with everything i could possibly need. really good kitchen and bathroom amenities. the staff were all super helpful and friendly. it’s in a great location, only about 10 mins walk to HB, and also has a tram stop right outside. the price is also very reasonable by zürich standards. i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in the city. thank you guys for a fabulous stay!

Very spacious, and comfortable suites. Good Breakfast served at the room. 10 min Walking distance to train station and the shopping centre area. Highly recommend.

I staied at one of EMA House's Serviced Apartments and it was a the best option I could have chosen. The apartment where I staied was equipped for four people with two bedrooms and a large living-dining-kitchen with dishwasher, induction plate, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and washer. There were also two full bathrooms with shower and bath. All these was situated just 10min walking from the city centre and for a reasonable price. Just amazing! The apartment is cleaned three times a week like if you were in a hotel. The service and receptionists were really nice. I truly recommend them.

We loved this hotel! It was fabulous! They even gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room that VERY comfortably accommodated our family. My husband and I had our eight-year-old and four-year-old with us. When we arrived at the hotel, they had it all neatly set up for us with two extra beds brought in for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. This was an extremely spacious hotel. The service was fabulous and the location was exceptional. It is only two stops from the train station on a tram that comes every few minutes. Every morning they brought us a very tasty breakfast that included croissants, buns, cheeses, cold cuts, orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, jams, Nutella and cereal. The bathroom was spacious and included a towel warmer. The unit was very clean and very quiet. We never heard anyone in any adjoining rooms or hallways. It was also very secure. You needed a key to use the elevator to get to the floor the room was located on. Every day housekeeping left a chocolate on our pillow. We loved staying in Zurich and the hotel helped to make it a wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel!

Its my second stay / now a days they need Covid certificate or pcr test for check in.

Great stay with family. Huge apartment with kitchenette, bath and shower. Big enough for 2 adults + 2 kids. Rich breakfast room delivery. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. We'll be back.

Feel-at-home place to stay with great location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. We would definitely recommend this condo-hotel to everybody! It's a true example of excellent hospitality. Executive suite is spacious and very luxurious. The breakfast is served in-room, with a huge variety of produce! If in mood for an overnight city trip to Zurich - we‘ll book again.

Good location, nice view overlooking Zurich city. Had an issue with the heating in the room on day 1 of my stay. was rectified to an extent on day 2. But still heating is a bit in-adequate for winters like in December. The living room becomes a bit cold towards the end of the night around 9-10pm. In room heating has to improve a bit further to a more desirable temperature. The rooms are ultra-clean and access is great to the property.

Very good location that is quite close to the main station in Zurich, yet on the quieter side. Very accessible via tram as well. Large spacious rooms with contemporary design and large bathrooms as well. Very friendly and professional staff. Would stay again.

Having wonderful experience during our 6 nights stay in Ema’s. Room is spacious, well equipped, and clean. Staffs are very helpfull and courteous. Tram stop just a stone’s throw from the suites. For sure - we will come back again if we go back to Zurich..
