I have never seen such a bad service as at the Louboutin store in Zurich. Such a disappointing experience. I received a bday present which had a defect on the fabric and was not the right size. Even though I tried the shose on my carpet (as it was written on a note in the box), my return was not accepted due to some “signs” on the sole. And the staff implied that I was dishonest! How can the brand allow this be happening?! A birthday present from a favourite brand shoes should be an amazing experience. Now I will never buy Louboutin again.

I really like the store. I received great service at the store, the staff tried hard to find exactly what i was looking for. Shout out to Amira for being a great SA! The wait time was a bit on the longer side (the store was busy), but overall a great experience.

Very unprofessional staff selling already DAMAGED shoes and refusing to take responsibility. Seems like they’re placed there to fool the occasional tourist. Highly recommended to AVOID.

CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT! We used to love coming here and the management changed, no more parties, no more fun, no more friendliness. But luckily the management has changed again. We were greeted by genuine smiles and great service. We've bought over ten pairs from this store alone. We almost didn't come back after the last few visits, but luckily this time we noticed a difference. Please guys, keep up the good work. Many other boutique stores in zh treat you like royalty, which is a really nice touch, especially when you're potentially dropping 1k on a pair of shoes. And whoever the Asian lady was working part time was last weekend... Put her on full time! Was a great experience.

Very kind personnel. Sadly they have a very small variety of items and do not do orders from the online shop. Their location is kind of hidden as well but with a wonderful view to the lake.

I bought a pair of the famous designer shoes, just tried them at home, they were a little big so I decided to return to get the smaller size. The so called quality service found a microscopic mark on one of the soles and for this reason didn’t accept the return. What I want to say is that it is unrealistic to believe that one could try the shoes without causing any micro mark on the red sole. The company doesn’t offer any ‘repair service’ for tried shoes as much as ridiculous it may sound (the only ridiculous thing is their actual policy). So zero support from a company that pretends to be elegant…they are just a joke.

Bought 5 pair of Louboutin's so far there and service is always good and friendly. Store is small so can get crowded on a Saturday, so better to try to come early or if possible during the week.

I have visited and bought many times in this amazing store. The manager and the staff are highly professional and well prepared to deal with any issues. I highly recommend people to visit

Stood at the door for 10 minutes watching the 2 employees checking their phones. Door locked but sign says open. Empty store… wonder why… Other brands available without the attitude.
