I had some quite mixed experiences whenever interacting with staff from this store, some good and some not so good. There are 1 or 2 quite arrogant staff members who don’t make you feel welcome at all. However, the most noticeable trait amongst all their staff is that they’re predominantly sales people and not watch enthusiasts - they’re there to sell you something but aren’t able to back it up with after sales service or knowledge about watches, which is quite important to watch enthusiasts. Nice store design but customer experience and staff knowledge need to improve.

Fantastic service, quality and selection. Pleasure to shop in and visit the store. Staff were super helpful in helping me fulfill an order for a watch they didn’t have in stock in the correct specification. Totally recommended.

The vegan products they sell are trash. I bought some vegan straps and color start washing off after couple of weeks. I don't understand how with Omega's good reputation they dare to risk it with such a bad product. Wrote an email to Omega and got no Reply. UPDATE: All good now, they changed me the straps, they were really nice and professional, thank you Omega, Merry Chirstmas!

Buying a watch here with a good sales advisor is an experience in itself. I had the pleasure to be supported by Lorena and she knew the history and particularities of all the different watches I asked to see. She was nice, and empathetic. I bought a few weeks ago my first OMEGA watch in the boutique in Zürich Bahnhofstrasse. I had such an amazing experience and the watch is just perfect, however I know this was not the last OMEGA watch I will buy. And for sure I will buy the next OMEGA in the boutique in Zürich!

Went to get a new strap for an old Omega Dynamic, thought to myself that they would not have it. Not only did they have a replacement strap for a watch from 1968, but the staff (from the boutique clerk to the security guard) was super friendly, advising me on the best course of action (but not pushing to sell or repair anything I did not want). The whole process I was treated like a long time customer, even though it was just a strap replacement!

Excellent Omega Boutique with a good and current selection of items. Insider tip: the boutique frequently has a little museum-like display in the basement. Free of charge so make sure to ask if there is anything on display there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Quite a few of the employees are watch enthusiasts and Mr. Marius Luönd is a man of his word

I came by to get a new strap for my Aqua Terra. I didn't come by to wait outside for 30 minutes for the 'privilege' of entering the boutique. Breitling was not like this. I guess Omega thinks they are AP or PP now...

You don't need an appointment but sometimes when busy you have to wait outside. We went early in the morning and it wasn't busy at all. The staff were nice and helpful.

Very professional staff. I just happend to pick the most expensive watches;) had to be consulted on the more affordable ones.

I visited the boutique and had an amazing 5 star luxury experience. The boutique is beautiful and immaculate with attention to every detail. The service was amazing, Lorena did such a great job to provide a friendly and down-to-earth service. Of course accompanied with water and champagne ;) It was hard to choose from so many colors and alternatives they have, all in stock and ready for purchase.
