The doctor in charge was okay in terms of the final performance, but I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously in several situations (yoga was the only recommendation for severe jaw pain). After months of emails and phone calls, I finally received an apology from the owner and was promised a "gift". I haven't received anything yet - but after all the chaos I'm no longer surprised. Very disappointing and sad for a practice that certainly had potential – with more competent people and a proper structure.

My appointment was overall alright, but after taking x rays, I was advised that all of my fillings needs redoing I felt rather sceptical and visited another dentist for a second option where I was told that my fillings are all fine. I’m not sure if this was a genuine mistake or an attempt to make money or a bit of both.

Dr. S. Baumgartner and his team are extremely friendly and competent. Regardless of whether it was dental treatment or dental hygiene, I always felt that I was properly advised and treated. I had a very pleasant treatment with Dr. D. Bichsel, who I can wholeheartedly recommend. My children also really enjoy going to his practice. My son went to see Dr. today. D.
