Nice shop but staff is quite rude and unhelpful. They also don't speak English so if you are a foreigner avoid it, they'll likely not be very friendly.

A good homeworking store, well located and good connection with public transports. The selection of materials is big for the size of the store, and the staff is friendly. But keep in mind, the store will close on 15.03.2024. They lost the lease of the building.

Really poor service… first not many people to ask second stuff without enough experience or no idea about product !! I was really surprised specially electric equipment actually it s my 3 time here and always poor answers !

Good-good, but very small. It is best suited for people living nearby in the city, they only need some basic home maintenance products.

Bitterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer orientation. I bought a bag of soil for my indoor plants and after a few days it turned out the soil was full of parasites larvae (silverfish) as all the plants I had used it for were affected. I went back to the store, first of all to alert them, so that they could take that product off the shelves, and also to buy sterilized soil and parasites spray to try and save my plants. Not only were they absolutely uninterested in the problem and did not even write down what soil brand it was (I had brought the bag with me so that they could recognize it and stop selling it... of course they won’t); They also told me to wait in the garden area for a gardener who would come to give me advice. After 15’ waiting I told them no one had come and they asked me to wait further. Of course no one came in the following 15’ either, and I went to buy elsewhere. To sum up: don’t buy soil or plants at Jumbo because they don’t care if they are contaminated and will make your home/garden a mess.

Prices are between 5x and 2x compared to the old jumbo in letzigrung

Well, I have yet to find a better diy store near downtown Zurich. It has a pretty decent selection for its size and it's right there. So I guess that's better than getting on a train or car to somewhere further in Oerlikon

I was surprised how big it was in side (TARDIS)

As the name suggests, a compact hardware, hobby and garden store. Various assorted sections like car maintenance and accessories, and seasonally some BBQs and garden furniture. The gardening section is very limited. They have basic hardware and a small selection of tools, enough to satisfy my needs. Reasonably priced.

This is s Jumbo like many of the Jumbo DIY markets. This one is rather small and a bit dense, however in easy reach in case one lives in the city.

There's most of your DIY stuff available next to very handy public transport stops! Hence almost no schlepping.

The store's location is easy to access, practical and professional. The young worker with a black beard helped me. The staff is very kind and friendly
