This place is not worth your time and money. I had 4 treatments with them and left completely dissatisfied. The staff is (mostly) unfriendly and untrained. The treatments are not cheap at all so you would expect to be treated nicely and that everything would be done with attention to detail but not here. I spent more than 200e per session and always left with missed sections. I complained and was given a corrective session I went to the corrective session and the girl was so rude and barely corrected anything. That was the final straw for me and I left to continue my treatment at Ella Clinics, is half of what this people charge and the same machine plus nice people.

I came to spend more than 1500e but for them it doesn't change anything there are cold. Resume of my experience: look from above and bad reception I went to another clinic instead These people doesn't look your hair but still tell you what to do for your skin and your hair.

I want to give 5/5 for the client skills of the ladies working here BUT I have never seen such crazy prices for a treatment - they sell a package of 745 eur and then charge you 186 eur on the first treatment; give you the incorrect information so that on your next appointment you their have to pay the package price (close to 200 eur per session for 5 sessions) or the cancellation fee (79 eur). The cancellation fee kicks in if you don’t cancel or change your appointment 48 hours before - who has 48 hours notice in an emergency? They give you the option of a loose treatment so I took one of 35 eur, just to avoid a 79 eur cancellation fee. Their “package” prices work out to 124 eur per session and their loose session price is 150 eur. The market price out there is 60-70 eur; I strongly suggest whoever is reading this find something more affordable. The treatment is also NOT effective. Deeply upset at this. Good service and the laser works for me until now . However, I do not understand the company's policy of not accepting payment with card and demanding to pay with cash. In the first treatment personell recommended me to bring cash next time . When I went for the second treatment I was asked to pay in cash and I explained that I already went to two ATMs and they were both closed ( probably due to the coronavirus ) and they asked me to go and search for another open ATM after the treatment.I went to three more ATMs in my area and they were all closed . When I went back to the clinic I explained that there is nothing else I can do and I really want to pay and continue my day. The personnel asked me to wait because they first had to talk to their manager.The responce from the management was that they can make an exception and accept payment with the card but only for this one time and that next time if I don't bring cash they will not accept me . When I asked what is the reason that I cannot pay with card they told me that this is because they allow me to pay in installments and they provide me a kind of discount (?) . This make zero sense to me first because I was never informed that payment with instalment would mean that I would have to pay in cash and second because even if they provide a kind of discount how is this related with a payment in cash? All in all the personnel and service is good and the laser works for my skin but I have never felt more disappointed from a company's policy . I really would like to hear from someone officially why they ask us to bring cash especially when its ibout such a big amount of cash.

This is my third carbon laser peeling session in this clinic and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are amazing! I have been ashamed of my large (huge) pores my entire life. I was convinced to get another expensive and very risky treatment for my face until I found out about this peeling. I am so glad I found this!!! No need to damage your skin or to get heavy scary burn scars. You can get beautiful skin without harming your skin. I recommend this peeling to anyone who suffers from large pores, skin scars and marks. You won't regret it! So worth it!!!!

Super friendly staff. They make you feel at ease and comfortable. The treatments work very well for me. The building can use a touch up though, especially the toilet.

Posted a review about the horrible service and the non-existent effects of the laser treatment for which I spent over 600€!!!, and they didn’t post my review😂 (No vulgar speech or any other criteria for which they are entitled to delete my review). Very nicely done change laserclinic👏 people spend hundreds and thousands and they can’t even read others experience or post their own experiences UPDATE: they deleted this review as well and I had to appeal to Google😂. After Google approved the appeal and published my current review, the clinic contacted me only afterwards to offer me to come again for a checkup. It’s been almost a year since I wrote the first review and they’re telling me to come spend money again on their useless treatments. They didn’t even say a word about deleting both my reviews and why they did it.

First off, the staff is friendly and the SOPRANO laser hair removal works very, very well. I've done 4 sessions, and since session one, the results were amazing, on my skin (light-brown skin and black hairs). However, they switch to GentleLase after session 4, and I'm not pleased with the results of the GentleLase. Hair is growing back a lot, after 3 sessions with the GentleLase. Friendly staff, gives lots of details about the procedures. Very conveniently located in Rotterdam center. They have a pretty unique laser Alma Q that I searched for in the entire country. So far the course of 5 treatments is going well. Just had my 3rd. Hoping to see some good results at the end. So far so good!
