Hello, I had a bad experience regarding this hotel. We have only Ibis in NEarshore and the rooms are not enough clean. Next time i will not go to it and my colleagues either. Some of persons are rudes. I recommend to rent a car and to use eurostar hotel casablanca . Kind regards,

Good location if you are planning on visiting a business inside of the walled business area. Rather than the location I have a hard time pointing any other pros of this hotel. I have been there several times but rooms are small, in my last visit the soap was not replenish in a week, it took really long time to get a correct invoice, and even had a discussion on which currency to pay when paying with credit card (I wanted to pay in dirham instead of euro, and eventually they changed back to dirham). Unfortunately it is the best option and I will continue to visit it, but there are many aspects to improve.

Place is quiet particularly on weekends - which I prefer. Free Breakfast. Coffee available on Dining Area. Dinner prices are reasonable vs. serving size. Service crew are more than helpful and polite.

The room not clean the shower is leaking the sink is clogged, the air conditioning isn’t working properly , not enough pillows or towels, the blinds are broken, no channels on Tv. The lobby light was off early at 11:00 pm overall poor service.

Excellent hotel with excellent location ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly lady Ghita,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! Very clean hotel , very professional staff particularly the ones at the reception. They discharge their duties as right and fit and with a genuine smile . People might be daunted by the hubbub of Casablanca, but in Ibis Near shore, it's a peace Haven ! Am glad I have had many chances to enjoy peace and tranquility and at night , it's just next level !

Business trip, location within casnearshore. Room not big but always clean. Staff always kind and ready to solve any issue or request.Price aligned to quality and expectations.

The duration of my stay here is good. I admire the receptionist, Zhora, who was very friendly everytime she’s approached. The reason for giving three stars is because of the internet connection. The speed of the internet connection is awfully slow.

Stayed for 7 nights..Super friendly staff, good breakfast and coffee and comfortable beds... The environment is just quiet after 6PM. But Generally a good place to stay.👍🏾👍🏾

I stayed for 2 nights. It was quite at night but not in the mornings. Once I woke up I smelled the smoke of cigarettes while I cannot support the smell then I decided to leave the room ASAP. I won't stay there in the future!

Very friendly and professional staff, especially at reception. The room was very clean and quiet with a beautiful view.

Good placed 15 minutes from HPS offices. Breakfast bad if you get up early. The beds are very hard. WiFi free but slow. The rooms are not so cleaned and there is a few of shampoo for everyone.

Today, I visited IBIS Casablanca Nearshore for their "Menu du Jour" lunch. I ordered a simple meat sandwich with potatoes and a tarte amande to take with me. However, my experience left much to be desired. First, they brought me the sandwich, which turned out to be a basic 1.50 DH bread with meat and onions, lacking any originality or extra ingredients. Then, after a wait of about 5 minutes, they brought me some burnt potatoes, as you can see in the picture. When I inquired about the dessert I intended to take with me, it was handed to me in a manner that made me feel as if I were stealing it. The overall experience was quite disappointing and chaotic. I was charged 119 DH for this subpar experience, and an additional 30 DH for a soda that was supposed to be included with the dessert, but this was not communicated to me. To sum it up, the service was far from satisfactory, and the overall experience left me both dissatisfied and hungry. I strongly advise against visiting this place to save others from a similar experience.

the worst i have ever been

I booked accommodation for my team at this hotel and to my surprise I am told that reception asked them for their phones and put a 5 star review while smiling and saying ah we need this. Doing the job right will get you the five stars. I'm disappointed at the approach. Problem is that I had lunch there the other day and I kind liked it. I do not recommend this place just for their skitchy approach.

This is one of the worst hotels in Morocco. Customer service is going down the hill. Rude and unprofessional management and employees. I would avoid this hotel if I want a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to spend the night at.

Good hotel, clean, delicious breakfast with plenty of Moroccan treats. Easy accès to town. Freindly staff. I would recommend for business trips.

The stay was awesome, the staff were friendly and helpful.. but what annoyed me the most was that one of the workers in the hotel asked for my phone during a concert the hotel organized, while I thought she was checking my ticket she was actually giving the hotel a 5 star rating a comment saying "very good". This is tampering! And Unacceptable!

Ibis casanearshore is the place to be for short stays especially in the area of Sidi Maarouf. The staff is very kind, the environment very clean , calm and peaceful. My family and I really enjoyed the stay and look forward to coming back for our next stay in Casablanca

Location is good ,clean atmosphere, safety, staff behaviour is very good, overall it was great experience .

Air conditioning issue but the staff helped us out for some orders which i appreciate.

This hotel is situated inside Casablanca near shore, quit & propre.

We had a good Iftar yesterday with my family. The food was very belicious and the services were great with all the staff. Many thanks to Mr youness and Mr yassin in the restauration for the amazing smile. I'll come for sure next time.

Pro : Staff is very professional with good customer service. Cons : For some reason the rooms are rotten, the smell it super strong as if the rooms were never opened and stayed in the dark for decades. Switched to 3 different rooms in level 7 and then 3 a still couldn’t cope with it. I had to keep the air conditioner off since it makes it worse, and kept the window open and slept by the window to be able to sleep few hours before heading to the airport. Worst experience ever.

This is my very 1st time in Morocco, and this hotel is my very first accomodation in Casa nearshore...the staff here imho was professionally good...the room is also commendable, the the food is good,thanks to the chefs ( RAQUIQ&HADAAR ) who always maintain quality food as they cook, also there is a exceptionally waiter who always treats me warm and very friendly,many thanks to you HAMZA ADIL, Keep up your good work and service!

Very bad experience, I passed 5 days ,the service is not even professional, at the checkout they refuse to give me the invoice because I payed online. The moroccan guy is evil (with glaces) but the other africans guys were nice to be honest.
