My
visit
to
this
clinic
was
bad,
to
say
the
least.
It
was
a
wait
of
more
than
4
hours
amid
stifling
overcrowding.
Finally,
Dr.
Al-Muntadhar
Al-Shahbi
Muhammad
came
in
blue
operating
room
clothes
stained
with
blood
and
frightening,
as
if
he
were
a
butcher
to
see
waiting
patients.
If
he
is
a
doctor,
he
must
know
that
operating
clothes
stained
with
blood
must
be
removed
immediately
after
leaving
the
room.
He
performed
the
operations
because
they
were
contaminated
and
might
harm
the
rest
of
the
patients,
but
he
used
to
move
them
around
the
clinic
in
the
presence
of
elderly
people
whose
immunity
was
low,
without
any
respect.
When
it
was
my
turn,
he
did
not
give
me
any
opportunity,
not
even
half
a
minute,
to
say
what
I
was
complaining
about.
When
I
tried
to
speak
politely,
he
shouted
at
me
that
it
was
not
important
what
I
was
going
to
say,
the
height
of
arrogance.
I
waited
4
hours,
and
my
meeting
with
the
doctor
did
not
last
more
than
4
minutes.
After
the
radio
for
the
eyes,
for
another
500
dirhams,
I
had
to
wait.
Another
hour
and
I
thought
I
would
see
Dr.
Al-Shahbi
again
to
evaluate
the
condition
and
explain
the
radio
results,
but
I
was
surprised
by
another
person
who
also
expressed
annoyance
when
I
asked
him
about
explaining
the
radio
results
and
that
I
should
not
know.
Conclusion
This
is
a
primarily
commercial
clinic
with
no
consideration
or
respect
for
the
patients,
especially
Dr.
Al-Shahbi
Muhammad,
who
is
the
height
of
arrogance.
Indeed,
visiting
this
clinic
feels
like
a
day
in
hell
