I was recommended this restaurant, and decided to give it a try as the menu looked good and the view of the restaurant looked pretty. Right at the start, we were seated in a small table by the stairs, when there was a table by the window available (we were told that table was reserved, but after 2 hours of dinner, no one had been seated there). We didn't reserve in advance, but this was just a small indication of the poor service the restaurant offers. Overall, the decoration is stunning and the food was absolutely delicious, so I will not complain about that. However, the server was incredibly rude in several occasions. Raising his hand to me while I was asking for assistance instead of letting me know he would be right back, and then by the time we asked for the check, blatantly screamed at my French speaking friend that the "service" was not included in the check and we had to pay him separately. What kind of business is this?! We knew very well that he wanted a tip, but with the treatment we got, what we deserved was to be paid to be in that restaurant instead. Absolutely atrocious. I had to call back to request a small birthday cake with a candle. They took down my wife’s name and read back the message. When we arrived, they rushed us to our seats before I could ask about the birthday cake. My bad, but still shouldn’t feel rushed. We sat down and asked for a different table with an ocean view, and they said yes but ended up giving that table to another couple instead. I had the duck pizza. It was mid. I asked for pepperoni pizza, but they were out? In general, servers were distracted and didn’t check on our table. One of my top 5 favourite restaurants worldwide, due to the international atmosphere, the lounge environment based on great music and light setting, the very delicate food with special highlight for fish and sea food. The restaurant is in a cliff overlooking how the ocean breaks into the rocks, and at some point during the night music gets louder turning closer to a lounge. Been there around 10 times and always leaving super satisfied. Must-do in Casablanca, although need to be ready to pay for the experience ;)
