We
stayed
for
one
night
a
month
or
so
ago.
Pros:
Very
nice
room
with
extremely
comfortable
beds.
The
staff
are
very
nice,
allowed
us
an
early
check
in,
and
had
decorated
our
room
for
our
honeymoon
which
was
a
very
a
nice
touch.
Room
service
was
prompt
(the
food
was
fine,
the
dessert
was
incredible.)
Cons:
The
structure
of
the
hotel
is
strange
in
that
most
rooms
don't
really
face
the
ocean
(only
if
you
go
to
the
balcony
and
lean
over),
and
you
can't
actually
see
the
ocean
from
the
pool
either.
There
was
no
one
working
at
the
pool
area,
so
my
husband
had
to
get
out
of
the
pool,
go
inside
and
upstairs
to
the
reception
area
in
order
to
hunt
someone
down
to
provide
pool
towels!
They
showed
up
about
20ish
minutes
later.
After
this,
we
wanted
to
order
a
beverage
by
the
pool,
and
again
there
was
no
one
there
and
we
had
to
repeat
the
process.
We
had
scheduled
COVID
tests
where
the
tester
will
come
to
your
room
to
do
the
test.
We
waited
in
our
room
at
our
scheduled
time,
and
after
30
minutes,
called
down
to
reception.
Apparently
the
person
had
been
waiting
there
the
entire
time
but
no
one
sent
him
up
or
called
our
room.
Overall:
Pleasant
experience,
but
not
up
to
the
standards
of
a
Four
Seasons,
based
on
prior
Four
Seasons
experiences.
