I
am
so
disappointed
in
this
place.
Staying
here
right
now.
On
day
3
and
it
is
terrible.
The
air
con
is
non
existent.
In
a
hot
country,
I
just
can’t
believe
that
this
is
acceptable.
The
room
ac
is
terrible
even
after
an
“engineer”
came
to
fix
it.
All
he
did
was
clean
the
dust
covered
vents.
The
only
place
air
con
works
is
the
spa
(I
guess
it’s
due
to
you
spending
money
there).
We
had
5
family
rooms
booked.
Which
consists
of
2
bedrooms
and
a
bathroom
with
2
sets
of
showers
and
a
toilet.
Some
rooms
had
a
balcony
others
had
a
big
entrance.
Each
room
had
it
down
problems
unfortunately
eg
no
aircon,
broken
fridge,
broken
tiles,
no
wifi,
broken
amenities
etc.
Rooms
are
dirty.
I
watched
them
mop
the
bathroom
and
then
drag
that
same
mop
across
the
room
3
different
occasions.
A
rom
is
not
cleaned
in
one
go.
You
are
disturbed
several
times,
they
will
take
the
towels,
then
later
clean
the
room,
and
finally
return
to
give
fresh
towels.
The
restaurant
is
horrendously
hot.
The
staff
in
red
t
shirts
are
mostly
rude
but
I
understand
why.
They
are
working
in
a
baking
room
with
no
aircon.
The
assistant
manager
is
amazing
though.
Very
polite
and
friendly
and
remembers
guests.
There’s
no
system
where
one
person
looks
after
one
area.
They’re
all
over
the
place.
Getting
a
drink
is
so
difficult.
I
do
not
understand
why
there
isn’t
a
dispenser
system
since
the
same
2
drinks
are
served.
Water
at
breakfast
time
is
impossible.
Two
5l
bottle
would
be
left
to
be
shared
amongst
guests
with
a
long
gap
to
replace
them.
The
food
is
terrible.
Lunchtime
has
some
horrid
fries
for
the
kids
and
evening
has
thin
burnt
tasting
pizza.
Queues
are
long.
I
don’t
understand
why
lunch
and
dinner
is
at
specific
times
yet
when
gussets
turn
up
things
are
still
being
cooked.
The
favourite
items
are
obvious
yet
they
are
not
being
replaced
regularly.
Which
results
in
guests
taking
large
portions
with
fear
of
having
to
wait
again.
Plates
are
constantly
running
out
and
they’re
either
dirty
or
chipped.
Food
is
obviously
being
reused
from
lunch
to
dinner
and
the
next
day.
They
have
the
same
food
every
is
for
day.
With
maybe
one
or
2
items
changed
during
the
week.
Honestly
I’d
be
happy
never
to
have
morrocan
food
again
after
this
experience.
From
my
group
of
20
every
single
one
of
us
had
food
poisoning.
I
watched
from
my
balcony
how
the
kitchen
staff
hose
down
fruit
and
veg
behind
the
kitchen
which
doesn’t
look
hygienic.
One
thing
I
noticed
was
they
prefer
their
own
people
and
will
overlook
any
queue
and
serve
their
own
French/Arab
speaking
guests.
I
did
confront
staff
once
and
he
served
me
and
then
sarcastically
asked
me
if
I
was
happy
now.
The
balcony
door
doesn’t
lock
which
is
concerning
for
a
family
room.
The
lift
broke
one
day
with
people
stuck
in
the
hot
lift
for
over
an
hour,
screaming
and
crying.
From
seeing
other
reviews
I
can
see
this
is
a
regular
thing
Please
note
you
roll
be
charged
a
tax
for
staying
here.
We
had
a
very
ill
member
in
our
group
when
we
arrived
staff
refused
to
let
us
use
any
facilities
until
we
checked
in.
Which
took
over
an
hour
due
to
our
agent
making
an
error.
The
pools
are
a
redeeming
point.
Very
good
point
for
families.
Lots
of
sun
beds.
Bar
staff
seem
nice
too.
The
hotel
tourist
attractions
are
overpriced.
The
things
they
have
advertised
we
got
much
cheaper
from
touts.
I
did
enjoy
the
spa.
The
aircon
felt
amazing.
Staff
are
very
polite
and
friendly.
I
do
think
it
was
expensive
for
morroco
but
honestly
after
the
hotel
experience
I
need
to
relax.
I
would
never
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone.
The
manager
response
is
an
insult
as
nothing
changed
in
the
4
days
I
had
left
of
the
vacation
