This spa is the most instagrammed and best spa in Morocco. Owned by the king and used to house his guests. The entire team are the best you can find. Very courteous and smiling always. This property is out of this world and affordable too. They cater for cancer patients too. It us a MUST to visit this place. It's an experience that cannot be explained. You are treated like a queen.

One of the most strikingly beautiful places not only in Morocco but in most places I’ve travelled to in the world. A must visit if you do not stay there as a guest. The architecture and detail in interior design is magnificent

Wow we left it late to visit but what an amazing place. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the spa facilities which were very expensive but presume worthwhile.

The staff almost didn’t spoke english. Very rough treatment without any intros or advises on the treatment steps. For that high price too less.

I have been coming here for years with nearly every trip to Marrakech. The staff are amazingly accommodating, and the hammam and massages to die for. It is an experience to not miss!

First of the all I’d like to say the building and the interior of this spa is incredible, it’s amazing and very beautiful. However the services were not to match it sadly. The staff seem quite unprofessional, not qualified hardly can speak English also the booking system is very poor , you can’t book over the phone ? The hamam it’s self was very good , one of the best ones I have had, however the massage was a real let down, the masseuse seems like she didn’t know what she was doing ? She seems Quite inexperienced I asked for deep tissue and this is not what I got! Great atmosphere but terrible service provided . Not what I expect for the amount of money I paid unfortunately.

Fantastic spa in the heart of the city nestled in a really luxurious hotel. Service was five star from the moment till we arrived till they sent us off in a cab. Come early and experience the gardens first for they are great to behold. Futuristic ambience is quite unique to experience. Overall a great time and would come again.

Best 5 star luxury hotel you can find in Marrakesch. It's like entering a wonderland once you enter the hotel from the noisy dirty untidy city center. Spa experience was very worthwhile, although 200 Euro for 60 min 💆 could be seen as slightly over the top a little.

Excellent. Went for a massage. Great massage, and attendant very professional and friendly. Beautiful pool at the spa though a hot tub/jacuzzi would have been nice.

For a first timer in Morocco we had an authentic experience of a Hamam at Royal Mansour. 5 stars all the way. Our therapists were very friendly and had adequate experience. The relaxing room was amazing where they served us Attay with a lovely view to the garden. A must in Marrakech.

I prefer to visit this hotel in Marrakesh because of its appearance, which has a distinctly Moroccan character, and it also provides a good location with great security.
