I came across Fish Fahmi while doing some Casablanca restaurant research. Compared to places in the downtown area that I read about, Fish Fahmi seemed to be an eatery that locals spoke highly of, so I decided to try it out. To get there, I took No. 11 bus for a good 45 minutes but it stopped quite near the restaurant.  It was early afternoon when I arrived and the place was just opening but I was warmly welcomed. My waiter spoke minimal English but showed me the menu poster on the walll and recommended the fried plate. Very quickly, I found myself loaded up with a delicious hot fish soup, a basket of bread , a salad plate and a juice.  I would find out that the soup and juice would also be readily replenished far beyond which I could consume. The fried fish consisted of shrimp and something which I thought might be squid (but very tender) along with two different whitefish, one cut as steaks and the other fillets. They were all coated with a thin, light batter that was not greasy at all compared to other places I have eaten at. Although my waiter could not communicate very well with me, his warm friendly nature and big smile further added to my positive experience. For any other foreign visitors to Casablanca who want to try out the bus system and experience an excellent fish restaurant, you might want to consider Fish Fahmi!

Very slow service, you have to wait more than 25min even though the restaurant was empty from clients. They increased in all prices very long time ago without changing it here. The restaurant is not clean enough. And the food is not good.

The best restaurant in Casablanca. Honestly, I can't find words to describe this place. Without exaggeration, it's a 5-star restaurant. The treatment of the staff is very excellent. Thank you I be back well done

I will speak seriously. Fahmy Fish Restaurant is one of the most wonderful restaurants in Casablanca. They have very beautiful and delicious fish that they offer you with orange juice and the syrup I do not drink, but they say about it that it is beautiful The waiter who presented the dish serves it with a smile that makes you eat it with great freedom despite the small size of the restaurant, but the customers in order to taste the deadliest fish wait even hours Finally, I advise those who read this publication to try it and they will not regret it
