The massage wasn't that great, it's like they were tired or not interested. I wasn't happy with the service

Great service from reception to the person who was doing my facial, excellent service.

Had individual lashes done which are extremely hard not soft and flexible and are irritating and poking my eyes. They use Vaseline for their facials not once did they ask what my skin type is to use the correct skincare products and they did not tell me what they are doing to my face and because of the products they used which is not suited for my sensitive skin my skin has broken out in rashes and pimples. The nail and foot treatments were the worse extremely unhygienic they used the same tools on my feet also on my hands without sanitising anything before and after use and then the same tools were used on others even the one UV lamp that is used does not get sanitised and used on everyone's feet and hands. Had acrylics done which are extremely thick and lumpy. Asked for water to drink which was served in a filthy glass. Overall terrible experience very unprofessional would not recommend.

I was there one day, wow i was not happy at all , i wished to stop the treatment before time, i regreted going there, after the treatment reception asked if we enjoyed and we said no and they didnt care to feather question why.. SeeMe there again , Never !!
