Premises much too small. Busy and loud especially on month end. Staff talking and socialise quite a lot, a bit unorganised and borrowing items inbetween. Very pricey. Only employing ethnic ladies who does not always understand my skin type and also not talking in English in front of clients. Would like to see a bit more professionalism.

I was at a sorbet salon for a full body massage ☺️ on my birthday 🎉, just to relax. I'm grateful they squeezed me in since I did not book on time. I was hoping to have pics since it was my special day I felt so bad since their policy is against that😔😔😔😔😔😭😭😭 it made my moment dull since a wanted to create memories😭😭😭😭for my birthday 😥😥yooh I was hurt 😩😩. The massage was great🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I enjoyed 🥰🥰🥰😍

Wonderful experience at this Sorbet, I didn’t have an appointment and the receptionist was so lovely she helped me straight away ♥️oh and Gugu is the most wonderful nail technician she gives the best foot massages! They also offer a wide variety of products from top quality sunscreen to the best collagen supplements 🤩 Well done ladies

I love Sorbet. The look and the treatments they offer are all great BUT … witbank Sorbet is a disappointment. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Always talking loud, eating , on their phones and treating their clients not with the necessary professionalism and respect needed. The place needs proper management. There is a few of my therapists at Sorbet witbank but due to the unprofessionalism of certain staff members I won’t be coming back.

The staff were polite and did their job well but the towels are so old and hard and scratchy. Imagine putting your face on a scratchy towel. These people can't even invest in new towels bathong

I have been calling for the past week. They never answer the phone. It either just rings or they answer and put it to the side- all you hear is background noise.
