Very friendly people working there, big and very tidy rooms, amazing garden and perfect location. If I come back to Barcelona, I will definitely stay at Fashion House again. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Fashion House for an amazing holiday.

Fashion House overall was a good stay- the staff are VERY friendly and the bed/ bedding was comfortable. The property itself is very centrally located in Barcelona and made our city adventures easily navigated. The complimentary breakfast is thoughtful but often ran out before I could get my hands on the more popular items! The shared bathrooms were not dirty, but not clean and could defiantly use a little more love. Unfortunately our bedroom was beside the kitchen/ in front of the bathrooms and the housekeeping would arrive at 6-7am and would be in and out of those rooms causing a lot of noise. Other guests using the bathrooms were also quite loud as the doors do not have any soft shutting mechanisms- causing a lot of door slamming throughout the night.

Everything is good, except, if you have a toaster and a easier coffee maker, will be perfect

This place was amazing! My room was huge and had a private balcony. The shared terrace was beautiful. Ambiance was perfect! Hosts were super helpful and knowledgeable about the city. I would stay again

Lovely old building but converted rather cheaply with low quality laminate flooring throughout. Lovely peaceful atmosphere and nice communal terrace to sit out in and have breakfast. Breakfast had lovely greek yoghurt and selection of fruit, a range of bread and pastries some of which were nice, and sliced cold meat and cheese which was very low quality. Horrible coffee but popped downstairs to the cafe on the corner for a takeaway to have with breakfast. Our twin room didn't have a basin but was right opposite a shower room and loo. Excellent water pressure but so strong the shower head had to be hand held. On the whole felt our stay wasn't value for money but great location.

Really well located hotel, near of all you will need. It's calm, clean and the employees are very kind ! We forgot one passport there and they shipped it back home quickly. Thank you for everything.

Showing up, we got more then we expected. Staff was diligent and super kind, giving us a map tour when we arrived and told us to ask for recommendations. We were greeted with pasteries, fruit and drinks in the morning, as well as a calm welcoming atmosphere. Communal fridge is cleaned often, patio is great and shared bathrooms are very very VERY clean. Room was big and got our own balcony. Location was good, 30 minute walking to most destinations, but metro is also right beside. Lots of restaurants to go to near by.

This is a lovely place. The reviews have it right. It's quiet and in the perfect location for easy access to all of Barcelona. There's a metro station in the corner of the road and Placa de Catalunya is five minutes away. The terrace and it's hammock are serene, the rooms are just right and the vending machine dispenses 330ml cans of beer for €1. Stay here and you will be glad you did.

3 nights stay for three adults and one kid. Excellent location, close to Plaça de Catalunya and metro stations. 10 minutes walking to get to the Ramblas. The room was nice and clean, we stayed in the studio B at second floor. Bathroom gets cold, you will need to use the small heater available. Both the bathroom and small kitchen have big windows with no so big curtains, so it's not so easy not to be seen by people leaving in the houses closeby. Stable and speedy wifi connection available. Breakfast is 6€ each, but it's served only on a terrace (not so handy when it's cold) and it's not that complete. Much better to go downstairs in one of the many places available. The second day, after room cleaning, room was left open: nothing missing, but not so nice. Booked via Booking, payed the first night only at the reservation, the rest when checking out. Weirdly, they said I would have gotten a 2% discount if paying with cash. Very nice people: after reservation we asked all our questions to one of the crew, Matteo, very quick in answering to our mails. He waited us on the arrival date even if it was past midnight and he explained us everything.

Amazing place. Very nicely decorated rooms with very high ceilings and a lot of light inside and the good side is you can close the wooden doors of windows and have a dark room if you want to sleep all day. The beds are very comfortable and those pillows, amazing. The staff is very lovely and give all the support you need They even give a phone number you can call at night any time if you need help. Their terrace is also amazing with a lot of big plants, a hammack you can rest under the plants. You will already feel at the moment you enter the place that it is made with a lot of love. I was staying in 2 rooms in the hotel since i extended it, and one was with a kitchenette which was very great for a long stay. Every part of the hotel is spotless clean. It is my home in Barcelona now. Thank you guys for making such great place 🙏

beautifully yet simply decorated. rooms facing the inside patio were nice and quiet. the bathroom was shared but absolutely clean at all times. would surely come here again :)

Nice place, convenient location and clean, spacious room. Well kept communal space too! Only drawbacks were bad wi-fi in our room and limited breakfast selection. Thanks for our stay!

I heard the neighboor snooring all night, rooms are good but you hear everything outside and bathroom not clean as they should be. We were also late 15 min for check in as there was a storm when we arrived in Barcelona and they charged us the extra after making us wait for some useless informations for 20 min. They also say they serve some croissant and coffee but when I had to check out at 9am the second day there was nothing. Definitly not worth it.
