Nice space but quite crowded on weekends. Go here to chill on the grass in sunny weather. They sell ice cream and some fast food. The food is overpriced but the entrance to this park is free, toilets are also free. They have kind of a city mall and many events daily.

I'd seen photos on Instagram and it looked great. However a few reviews put me off. The word "hipster" was used and I imagined decontructed coffee and food served on wooden boards. Eeeek. However it is actually a great site. The restoration is wonderful. Lots of places to eat. Play area for kids. Would love to visit in summer. The only downside is the lack of Metro nearby but I think a line called Teatralnaya is being built, as the Mariinsky is 5 mins away on foot

Great playground for kids with a skeleton of a tall ship. I reckon the place will be packed if weather is good ... but worth going

An amazing place to visit in St. Peterburg. Great outdoor area with lot of fun activities, nice grass and food corner, where you can eat what you'll like.

Very nice place for skating, not too much people (we've been at 1pm on Friday). Staff is polite and friendly, two safeguards on ice rink. Ice is smoothed before each session. No need deposit for ice skates- if you don't give them back, you can't exit anyway. Prices a bit expensive so one star off

New Holland is a very nice place to visit. Though still a work in progress, the things that are there shows an attention to detail. Nice to see old industrial buildings turned into something useful while preserving a bit of history

New Holland Island. An amazing park in Saint Petersburg. Its name came from its resemblance to Amsterdam in Holland as it occurs in an intersection of canals and rivers. It offers several wonderful things to do: - A small herbal garden. - A small children playground area. - A nice shopping center that has a small bookshop, clothing stores, cosmetic stores, and alike. - It also hosts one of the well-known radio stations in Russia that is historically very significant being the Radio station where Lenin has announced the Revolution. - It also has several wonderful dining options.

Beautiful example of a modern people-friendly space. Descent variety of food/drinks, table tennis, very loyal prices and superior atmosphere makes this place a something you really want to return to.

Nice place to visit. There are a small green area, a spectacular playground for kids made from wood, restaurants, some shops and rooms with expositions. Everything here is brand-new and looks very nice and modern. In autumn, the outdoor ice rink is settled here as well.

One of the top gardens in Saint petersburg. No fountains, however you can sit calmly on the grass, there is even free chairs, the grass is so clean and very well maintained, there are some caffees nearby. And most important the free playground for children...

Great place to relax after work. Rather small park with a lot of interesting places. Look very quite and nice. Very unusual for russian cities.

A picturesque place with amazing installations. A good place to spend time walking and relaxing alone or with family. Prices in the local restaurant are above average, so it is worthwhile to think about food in advance.
