Very run down and dated site. Not up to the usual Centre Parcs standard. Service very slow in all bars/restaurants and all the food was poor being overcooked and v.dry. Great location if you like the sea and beach.

Defitnely not worth the money. The accomodations are quite dated and the upkeep it bad. Our cottage smelled of smoke during our entire stay, the windows were all rotten and the ventilation in the bathroom was non existent. At the moment during covid there are restrictions on the pool visits also. A maximum number of visits for just 2 hours your kidding me. What makes it worse is the furniture in the cottage. It is literally furniture meant to be placed in a garden. Sitting on it more then 15 minutes will hurt you back.

An amazing place for an amazing weekend. Lots of activities to explore for all age group, the food is amazing (there are many restaurants and the service is fab), the supermarket has almost everything available and you can also grab great bakery items in the morning for breakfast. It was our group’s diving weekend and it cannot be described in words how beautiful the stay was.

WOW what an amazing experience. Beautiful cottages well appointed. The staff were absolutely first class. We were at a convention with 3000 other guests, the staff kept up with everyone's needs and requirements. If anything, it would benefit from a lick of paint and get rid of the beer tokens, just let people pay the normal way. Will go again.

Check-in was smooth. The amenities of the cottage were not well-described on the website. We didn't know that towels and bedsheet were not included in the package. With the room condition and service provided, the price and quality ratio is not great. A lot of things to do. The Aquo Mundo was the best!

The center parcs is full of activities and a lovely indoor aqua Mundo. We have stayed on both the complex and the camping ground and both are excellent. The reason for 4 stars is the main complex needs to updated. The ceiling has stains and ill fitting tiles and generally looks a little tired. However this will not spoil your experience there. The grounds staff are always out sweeping the grounds and you see very little if not any rubbish. The food store is reasonably priced when you compare it to a local supermarket with a slight premium that you would expect. There is a lovely beach right in front of the complex just a few minutes walk and has a restuarant/bar and activities.

We have been there in October 2021, and I know it's quite late for writing the review, but I thought better late than never. So, here it is. There was no issue with check-in although we reached in the evening after closing time of reception, but keys to all apartments were properly prepared and kept ready with all instructions, food coupons and swimming pool entrance coupons together in a pouch. Although it has a huge parking space, it was difficult to find an empty place (shows the popularity). Directions to different cottages/apartments were present but not adequate. There were lots aof activities for people of every age. Some of them are paid while some others are free. But it is advisable to plan your activities and book them online in advance, otherwise you may not get it at desirable time or not get it at all. Pony ride with pony caring and horse shoe painting was an amazing experience for smaller ones, whereas riding e-Bikes (Gazelle bikes) and e-Scooter (Bob Scooter) were fun for teenagers. One can also rent Segways. Cycle-Carts or Cycle-Rickshaws can be rented to ride together with family in one vehicle. The indoor activity/trekking was amazing for kids and adults. Laser gun fight was another interesting activity. We also did Free Jump (it's not a jump which is free of cost as name suggests but a jump with free fall from a tower). It was thrilling, but the landing surface were not so soft. It may hurt if you don't land properly as instructed. It also hosts the musical nights. The list is very long. Another very relaxing part of the stay was to walk along the coast as this location is right at the sea-shore. There is also parasailing and sea-board surfing near by. There are couple of restaurants (not too many options) and coffee shops. There is a groccery shop too inside the premises where you can buy stuffs to cook as well as drinks and snacks. We (4 families with adults and kids from 1 year to 17 years) visited Center Parcs Port Zelànde, and every one was fully satisfied with everything there. We all are looking forward for the next visit.

What a disappointment! My father wanted to go here for years and we finally gave in to go her as kids with spouses with our father. There was duct tape on the window because it had a crack, the window in the other room didn’t close properly so with the wind there was a constant noise, the flours were dirty, dusty and there was dust everywhere. The pool was not that much better. My little niece was with us and with her six months couldn’t go for a swim off course. But there was also no pool there to sit in and splash around without being cold after five minutes. I guess not what it used to be… twenty years ago

A great place to take gge family to. A pity there were not two toilets in our accommodation. We didn't use the restaurants so can't rate them. All the other facilities were very good.

Awesome place if you have younger children. Because it is one of the smaller CenterParcs locations it's really easy to let your kids run around the dome, but still keep an eye on them. Same goes for the pool. The beach is a 10 min walk and there are lots of nice places to visit nearby: Ouddorp, Goes, Middelburg.

The area where this vacation park is located is wonderful: very beautiful nature, a lot of water around, nice marina and most importantly - the sea sea and a great beach is in a walking distance. The idea to stay in this area is good, but my advice would be to chose a different accommodation! (there are several much nicer options just around). We called Port Zelande "all excluded" experience. It is amazing how little you get for such a high price! Even basics such as towels, soap and toilet paper weren't provided! It turned out that you can rent towels (rather chippy and used ones) for the price of 13 Eur for 4 pc! The garden furniture was covered with a thick layer of dirt and bird's sh*t!The accommodation is old and requires a renovation! Don't only take money from your clients, invest in your facilities!

I lost my wife at the park and I never found her. After the autopsy (of the goats) we realised she had been eaten. They were very cute tho and the kids loved them.

We‘ve been here very often, nearly every year since 2018. This year we were here 3 times. It was all perfect and I would recommend this to everyone, no matter how old you are. The only thing is that at the Game Town the most popular game is always turned off when you‘re there in the evening. I wonder if it has to do something with the service there. The woman that works there does an excellent job, she cares about the customers and makes sure that everything is working but I wonder if the men that work there are as great as she is. Kinda got the feeling that they are not really into there job and not motivated. Obviously it can happen that a game doesn’t work but every time I was there? April, August and October. However, I love this Center Parcs and I will come back because its so awesome. Its so peaceful and everything. The rooms are fantastic and the supermarket is as well, especially the croissants and stuff.

All the questions are about the rooms As we stayed in our own caravan, It's not easy to do a review Maybe make your questionnaire a bit more versatile. The swimming pool needs a revamp lockers were falling apart. Adventure golf...the balls kept getting stuck and lost. The supermarket staff were very good and helpful. Toilets in the camping clean and staff were great... Overall an OK experience.

We stayed on the caravan site so this is only about the facilities we used, not the lodges. Having stayed and worked at the UK center parcs I was expecting the same quality, but it's definitely not to the same standard (owned by different companies, same name) the pool needs modernisation it's looking a bit tired and in need of some TLC, that being said my kids didn't care about that and absolutely loved it. Restaurants and supermarket are very expensive, food is OK for mass produced nothing more. We ate at evergreens, grand cafe and the fries place. Out of all of them I'd say evergreens is the best value for money. The actual campsite is good, the facilities are dated but all in working order and clean. The family shower is especially handy when you have small kids. Big shout out to the lady on the camping reception I asked if we could have a quieter pitch due to my son having autism and being noisy, we didn't want to disrupt other people and she assured me that would be their problem and not to worry about it, but she did put us on a pitch away from others and I am eternally grateful for that.

The cottages are so small. The comfort cottage bedrooms are narrow. The stairs are borderline dangerous to walk down in the night, if you need the toilet. But they are comfortable in their smallness. The Aqua Mundo is alright. Overall for the price this is simply unsatisfactory. The food options in the Parc are ridiculously expensive too, the grocery store as well as the restaurants do not serve quality according to the prices they charge you.

A great family vacation place. Not exactly a couples vacation place. Clean and quiet, but the stairs to bed (in the place i stayed at least) are more for the younger people.

Location is awesome. Price a bit high as the site is tired. Dome Facilities are adequate, if showing their age. Wster Rides sometimes closed for no apparent reason. Restaurant Food is ok if expensive (not entirely unexpected) but there are much better places to eat outside the site. What was really annoying was all the cars (not disabled ones) allowed to stay parked on site in our street and then to drive on and off site during the week All said not bad but could be better We would go back and use it as a base for doing stuff around the area.

We took the premium stay which was a duplex and was big enough with all amenities present. There were quite some activities present for kids and adults alike.

Disgusting rooms, I took pictures of the dirt, dust and algae. If you’re older tgan 10 you won’t fit in to the toilet, the manager is a complete and utter waste of space just cuts you off when you wish to raise a concern. Don’t waste your time or money! The pool had Punic hair and dirty plasters along with plastic floating everywhere! Car parking was ok, staff on site very helpful (other than said manager) you can’t shop or purchase food after 20:30. Just done be a fool and waste your time and money going to this site.

It's okay, espacially if you come with little children because the water park is pretty good. The house we had was very small, the bed fit barely into the tiny chamber. If you plan to stay a lot in the house, you should go for a Premium or VIP house, but they are quite expensive.

I had a great time at Port Zelande! There were some things that bothered me, but all in all I was quite happy with my stay. Getting there is a thing in itself, if you don't own a car. There's the bus stop 104 with which you can be brought directly to the center parc. While I was staying there they had a strike, so some of them didn't drive. The rooms cleanliness could be improved, we booked a Premium cottage in the category "somewhere calm". There were dust balls under the couch and bed. The bed itself had clean sheets and the mattresses didn't had any spots or anything. Some of the cooking utensils were dirty, cleaning them is up to the customer though, so that might be the reason for that. I suggest washing the things first, before using them. The toilet was clean, the shower room too, the shower's heating unit had some spots and there was limescale on the shower head. The good thing was that it really was quiet there, behind us was the path leading to the nature reserve, which was very nice. The couch was comfortable and the TV had some nice channels. The bed was clean, which was VERY important to me. The view from the panorama window was quite lovely when we had breakfast each morning. The attractions around the Center Parcs were what made a very positive impact, I wrote some reviews for those too, in case you would like to have more information. (If you liked my review and it was helpful, feel free to rate it!)

We took one the small family rooms, which was quite dark with not many windows. We had intermittent WIFI connection during our stay. Finally, the weather was very poor during our visit, and the roof was leaking onto the bed. The only solution was to get new sheets, and move the beds as no other places available. In the end we decided to cut the trip short, and go home a day earlier.

We had a lovely break at Port Zelande with family and friends (11 in total). The aqua park was a big hit with the kids, that we booked to go on another day too. The inland beach was a great find, as they was no tide and you could just wade out in the water to the rocks and know you were safe. The food in the main restaurant was nice, we ate here a few lunch times and been able to be outside was lovely. The swimming area, was looking a little tired in areas, so could maybe do with an overall

We loved our stay here. The play areas around each corner was a hit with the children, and the swimming pool was excellent and catered for all ages. We loved the beach areas, gnome forest and bird-stone treasure hunt not to mention the daily check on the flamingos!

Very large holiday home park next to the Brouwersdam beach. Very safe and extremely kid-friendly, almost feel like it’s specially built for young family. Lots of facilities for young children, including an indoor water park. The sunset view is absolutely stunning. We took a unit right in front of the harbor overlooking all the beautiful yachts. The rooms and amenities in the house is fantastic. Extremely good value for money.

It was/is absolutely amazing. The setting, the bath, the activities, the Service, just everything is perfect. It is super clean and the employees are so friendly. We had for instance reserved a cottage and also the bath towel Service and they forgot the towels. Within 10 minutes Not only did we have our towels but they also gave them for free because they had forgotten. We will come back for sure.

Excellent Centre Parcs location, plenty to do and see, especially nice being so near the sea (although a little windy!). Highly recommend the pool, although some aspects were a little dated and felt very full at times. The all you can eat buffet restaurant was pricey, and the selection didn't seem great, expected much more for the price. Probably becomes better value if you drink the wine or beer included in the price, but as we don't drink unlimited soft drinks didn't have the same impact on the cost of the dinner. It would be better if there was a cheaper "alcohol free" version of the buffet (although in fairness, I don't know how they would facilitate this). Staff were all excellent, and as expected spike perfect English (after they clocked I was English after attempting my limited Dutch). The accomodation was a little dated, would have been nice to have a bath for the little ones, and the spiral staircase was a cause of anxiety with our kids. It was more than adequate for our needs.

Great location, close to beach and other cultural destinations. Service is good, accommodation was fine, plenty of activities for young and old. We had a great time at Port Zélande.

  • 4/5 Megan D. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful, relaxing park with many families enjoying their holiday. Plenty of activities to keep young and old busy for days. Highly recommend renting bikes as the park is large and you may take them off the property to other areas. As many other people have mentioned the food is expensive for the quality. Personally I would much rather prepare my own meal in the cottage or go to a very highly rated restaurant off the property. Would definitely recommend to families and would come back in the future!

Horrible, over-priced ridiculous example of a center park. The location is nowhere near the sea or a proper beach, in terms of food you have the choice between various absolutely overpriced and unhealthy restaurants. The playgrounds advertised are super small and outdated just as the accommodations, the aqua dome and everything else. If you’re looking for a beautiful and nice holiday with kids, i d suggest the closeby landal park!

Nice place to stay for a weekend but the towels were not smelling good and the house had too much dust. We had to clean our bedroom to sleep good. The WC are too small, so if you are more than 5.7 you will have a little space. Outside is amazing to walking through the strand and biking. Also inside the centerparks is a good place although were closed most of the attractions due to covid19.

Cottage quality is not good. Kids activities are nice. Italian restaurant quality is really good. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is really small and old compared to the other branches I visited. Beach quality is really awful and dirty.

Loved it here! Midweek 4p vip cottage, customer service was good and friendly. Swimming was a bit short only one time for 45 minutes but renting a bicycle and sightseeing was lovely!
