First of all the appointment given to me of 7:30 pm is not worth as we have to get the final serial number from the reception again. Secondly, No one is sure about the arrival time of doctor as he was around 2 hours plus late. Overall the doctor was very professional in his specialization as it was heard about him. Very polite speaking and to the point. He had tools that can suck out any swab or foreign object effectively and is painless within seconds. He also clean ear and nose effectively and without pain as long as patient is comfortable and relax during the treatment ofcourse.

Almost tests have been done. Anemia has been detected in it. It will be known after a week. At present, the patient is a little better than before, Alhamdulillah.

Today I visit to Dr. Muhammad Zubair sb, who is a very kind and skilled individual. Examine me properly and carefully listen to my problem. He took nearly 30 minutes and then properly guide me. When a person listens to them, he or she is nearly halfway to cure. . I also recommend mahram, Please use this app because They are really engaged with person after appointment and also give you Reasonable discount for lab tests. I'm Completely satisfied 👍👍👍

Any doctor who pays a lot of money to Marham can get a good ranking with them. This is reason their reported results about the ranking of the medical doctors are not accurate and misleading. Simply put, they make money by putting the names of doctors on the Internet. Please don't trust or use this service.

I found it a fraudulent app. I booked a slot of 14:20. I waited for doctor there and tried to make a call. But doctor was not online. Meanwhile, I received a WhatsApp call and a person introduced himself as a doctor. He took my history and prescribed .........., 🤫 promotional multivitamins ( unregistered medicine). Besides this, the doctor shared a phone number too for purchasing the medicine. Dear App management, I am a most educated person (PhD), and understood the malpractice. What's about others? I registered a complain on helpline but till now (after 3 days), no response or update.

I booked my appointment via Marham and got the confirmation message. When I reached the hospital on time, doctor was not available and I had no appointment. Very poor job Marham, you didn't inform me about doctor unavailability. Not gonna trust on your services again.

We booked appointment via Marham app to see Dr. Touseef Fatima ( General Sergion - Hameed Latif ) on 25th April, 2022 at 4:30 pm. When we reached Hameed Latif hospital firstly there was a long queue of Car it literally took me 30min to just reach the hospital due to car lanes. Anyways, we made it on time. We asked the reception about our appointment with Dr. Touseef Fatima. They said "Sir Dr sadaf to aj baithti hi nhi han ap na kahan sa li appointment. I told them that I took appointment from Marham and that I have the text messages of appointment. They said "Sir ye in app walon ko kuch pta nhi hota Doctors ka inkay sath direct contact hota ha hospital walay responsible nhi hotay". Well he was right but that was extremely annoying and disturbing experience I'm never trusting these useless apps and feel like they need to work on it and keep the information updated 8f they want to grow. Pathetic service of Marham for now.

Environment was good, did not have to wait too long, doctor was thorough with investigation and diagnosis explanation, however, he should be more professional and use decent salutations when addressing a woman. Other than that, v satisfied with the visit.

Totally deceptive service. I booked an appointment through their website and got the confirmation message. I called their helpline to confirm if everything was correct and legit, and they even confirmed. On visiting the hospital, the experience was totally pathetic. It was my first time booking an appointment through marham.pk for Dr. Shohab Hyder Sheikh at Hashim Medical City. On marham.pk, consultation fee was Rs. 500 and on visiting hospital we were charged Rs. 2500 for it. I called marham.pk to resolve this issue but the hospital administration and doctor did not agree. Neither marham.pk nor hospital administration will own your claim. You are the only person to suffer in case of any mishap. Doctor arrived after 75 minutes of appointment time scheduled. The staff. I would never recommend anyone to go through the experience I had, it was terrible.

I used the Marham twice, once for my wife and once for myself. Both times, it was outstanding. Upon clicking for an appointment, the Marham team called me directly to ask me what time is convenient for me. I also received soft reminders from them, and most importantly, we didn't have to wait at all once we arrived. It is a must-have app for everyone

Booked an appointment through their website. Tried multiple times to join the video call through their website which never worked. Called the support and they asked me to use the app for call. After I downloaded the app Doctor was no longer online. Tried to claim refund and they said that refund cannot be claimed as I did not showed up for the video call. Like this is my fault that video call option on your website does not works and nor anybody from you team tried to reach out to me to join through the app in advance. Don't get me wrong this is a brilliant service but why in the world there is an option to join video call in your website when that trash does not even work? I would be professional enough to not name your competitors here but those services DO indicate that video calls are only available through the app. Is Marham team lazy enough to even do this? It is a healthcare business, your team need to be more professional. And to top it up the support team is stubborn enough to not refund my amount even the reason of this mess was their broken website. Instead of accepting their error, all they can say is "Sir you did not join the call se we cannot process your refund". Like it was my fault that I was not able to join the call. No hard feelings and I really hope your team can do necessary fix to make Marham a better service. Please do not take my feedback in a negative way. Your startup is a very good facility but it does have room for improvement.

I had an appointment with Dr. Muhammad Jahangir Mujahid through this app. Considering that one of the best Gastroenterologist in the region. The cheap Dr. was making money from my consistent visits to him and prescribed me Gastric medicine when I approached him with some liver disfunction issues reports. I’m really astonished that how such pathetic persons are being allowed to sit in renowned places such as Gondal and MedCare International Hospitals. No doubt, he treated me at first visit very humbly, nice and polite approach but on third consecutive visit, I realized that he’s playing with my time just to collect his fee. Thanks to the one who referred me later on to Dr. Ghias Un Nabi Tayyab sits in Doctor Hospital Lahore though he’s bit expensive but honest treatment costs nothing if you time and money pays you back healthy life.

Pathetic response by marham and the team, they booked the appointment online, I had to visit 30km with patient in pain and when reached there , the clinic was closed. The patient suffered all the night because of this and never ever recommend to anyone. Also filing complaint against Marham in all forums..it risked the condition of my patient.

Unprofessional services. Their call representatives are even don't know the status of last coordinate with the client. Very bad and dishonest experience. They need to be professional because their business is to give hospitality. They Call again and again with same questions that's show they have unprofessional staff with lack of mutual understanding and coordination. I searched the doctors at app. Its my first experience to make video conversion with doctor. I found doctor Farhan. I decided to make call with him. He listen me very carefully and give me a proper time. He ask me each and every question. He is very honest with his job. He also give me a answer on chat other than appointment. I recommend that must consult with this doctor. He will give you proper advice and medicine. I was depressed and not feeling well. He listen me guide me advice me and gave me a medicine. Which I use 15 days and qure almost 80%.

I visited him and got disappointed... though he listened me yet he treated like a routine work..he didn't even leave his chair to examine me... didn't check my SLR... the worst thing he did is sending me to his laboratory for tests and medical store with mentioning its name...don't go somewhere else...in laboratory they charged 4500 for test whether those are very cheap in my own city...I was dissatisfied and visited another Neuro surgeon from my own city....He examined me completely...it took half an hour....then he diagnosed my problem...I am 100% satisfied with him....now I'm recovering steadily. Alhamdullillah Note: only positive sign with this doctor is that he prescribed multinational salts....and rest of the things are worst ever. Thank you

I booked appointment for 19th but Marham booked it for 21st. Secondly, the dr didn’t even know if he was booked. Chaudhry M Shafi (Kulsum Hospital) should not be in the portal of Marham as he’s not competent in my humble opinion. My mother had high ESR and the doctor said that’s linked with Malaria, whereas it’s not. Very unfortunate that such incompetent doctors are sitting in respectable hospitals such as Kulsum Hospital.

This place is fraudulent! Dr Shabana Naz does not see patients. Infact its her PA that does it and uses her name to atttact clients. At the reception their staff confirmed that the appointment is with Dr Shabana however it turned out it's her PA that does consultations on her behalf. The PA seemed very incompetent ! We wasted our time and energy! Avoid Dr Shabana Naz and DHA medical center at all cost!

Once my appointment slot get live , doctor send message on WhatsApp to call on her number instead through MARHAM APP . I was so much surprised and shocked why MARHAM DOCTOR cannot facilitate and give consultation through video call / through Marham app. Incase if there is any technical issue Marham Team should supposed to contact patient and give them ZOOM/ Ms Teams in advance And the worst part here it comes. Female Doctor told me my Friday prayer time is running out so I need to close this call. Indeed it’s very unprofessional and I’m very glad to know KSA and America have made null and voided all medical degrees from Pakistan

This review is basically for Dr. Munir Hussain Shah who is registered on Marham as a Dietician and Nutritionist. I booked an appointment and reached 10 minutes before time on his clinic. I was told he is not there but in some other hospital (why did he book an appointment if he was not available??) It took me another hour to search for the told hospital. When I reached there, I was told that he is busy, so another wait for 30 minutes. Hospital’s condition was also absurd. He even didn’t have a weighing machine to measure the wait. Fee mentioned on app is 2000, while he charged 6000. Breakdown of money: 2000 fee, 1000 for unnecessary tests from his own lab and 3000 for the diet plan which they told me that will be sent to you via whatsapp. I had to request again and again to get my plan and it came after 15 hours of wait. It was a rubbish and very general plan which I am sure is delivered to all patients by charging 3000 extra. Really disappointed. Don’t go if you’re looking for a dietician or nutritionist.

Review is for Dr. Muhammad Siddiq. I had a video consultation for my family member. He has no patience to listen completely. And when we asked for the type and purpose of prescribed medicine, then he became offended and started making fun and said that this is for kidney function. He doesn't know that all these medicines are very sensitive and comes under the category of controlled medicines, and you will not get internationally without giving proper documents and purpose. That is why we asked the usage whether it is relaxant or for any other purpose? In the end, he passed another unnecessary and insulting statement that attendee should visit other doctor whoever he like. Also, the prescription what we received is written through two different pen without any stamp and shared by mobile photo. How this will be acceptable at any pharmacy. It was just waste of money and my patient suffered alot.

This is my 2nd worst experience with Marham, we got booking for Docter Sarwar Chauhdhari, 04 PM and we got token number 15. My father visited and got able to meet doctor on 06 30 PM. Staff was not cooperative at all. We got treated like we get booking once we go there. There was no advantage due to Marham. In the review there is no option to select wait time till 2 hours 30 minutes. How can I update the correct review??? Can anyone reading, please let me know how many more times I need to experience so I get satisfied???? Really disappointing!!!

I have used oladoc and these guys and I have to say oladoc is 5x better. They don't actually have access to the doctor's they have on their website. I paid the required fee upfront and asked for an appointment on Friday (3 days advance notice). Turns out the doctor I wanted was not picking up Marham's phone calls so they had no way to get any appointment. Why is this doctor on your website? Finally, I asked for a refund which was only processed after another week of waiting, reminder calls and time wasted.

I am a US resident and wanted to book an online appointment. Overall very disappointed by the customer support team and the web interface. Unable to connect with doctor and they are not even reimbursing the amount. Good reminder as to why don't trust the flawed system of Pakistan and left in the first place. They fool you!

Dr Nargis Fatima is a very good doctor who understands how to calm a patient with her words. She was very considerate in treating my mother. Listened to her and gave detailed answers to her queries.

For fixing an appointment through Marham serve really good but the Ammar medical complex hospital staff was not cooperative ,and the time that we had fixes for appointment is changed even we reached on the time just few mins later. they should be careful about serious patients that cant wait for longer and came from so far away to the hospital. Another bad thing is that the patients was in badly painful state that's why we asked from hospital staff bed rest for the patient just for 30 mins and there is no corporation from staff at all very unprofessional .

Poor experience. I took an afternoon appointment with a dentist based on reviews on marham and staff at the dental clinic totally denied that the dr is not available in afternoon, while Marham confirmed the appointment over sms and through call. People are not free that they are willingly visiting hospitals and clinics, nor they are supposed to get checkup by any other random dr.

Appointment by marham or any other online platform is useless because I was supposed to wait for 3-4 hrs . I have booked doctor time at 2 pm. So I have cancelled the appointment.

Doctor is good experienced but he should also reply on whatsapp when we ask any question. Related to medicine use or to discuss any problem with the use of medicine. On given whatsapp number he seen the massages but not reply to due that reason i am unable to use medicine after today check up.

Really pathetic service. I booked online consultation with a doctor on Saturday. They themselves had put 4 slots for Saturday. Later I received a message that my appointment is confirmed but on Friday (not Saturday). I said I booked because it was on weekend as I am not available on Weekdays. Instead of sorting this out they send me phone number of doctor's PA to contact him myself and PA will tell me when doctor is available on Saturday. Can you imagine the level of professionalism here? I booked a slot, they took the money but now I have to deal with PA myself. What's the point of having Marham platform. It's like contacting Uber for ride and instead of sending ride, Uber sends you number of driver to ask him if and when he will come. I don't live in Pakistan hence it's very important for me to know the time of my appointment so that I wake up on time. That's exactly why I booked the slot of my wish. Its been 2 days I am dealing with them and they have now stopped replying. I don't even know if I have an appointment or not and if yes when. Extremely pathetic and unprofessional behavior.

The doctor was not much investigative and did not get involved in the detailed history and also did not inquire in detail about the problem. The appointment lasted for only about 3 minutes and could have been more interactive.
