The experience of cycle repair and maintenance work in the shop is very ordinary. There is no enough staff for even receiving the cycle which comes for repair over weekend. Staff here seems to be highly untrained. I purchased a gear cycle 2 days back. Nobody was there to help me in uploading the cycle inside my car. Had to waste lot of time waiting, ultimately a security guy helped me. Wanted to give feedback while billing, but the billing lady filled the customer feedback by her own. She only pressed 'Super Satisfied' button instead of me. This is how they please there managers. Ridiculous system.

Another warehouse style sporting goods store from Decathlon..impressive variety of goods..customers are spoilt for choice at this store..Staff as always are helpful lot. At the payment counters, even though there were long queues, I could pay for the stuff bought in just 2 min without being in the queue how you ask?? I noticed flashy and colorful board that showed simple steps to pay for your selected items..I tried it..its super easy!! First download and install the Decathlon app from play store, use the scan option to add the items selected by focussong mobile camera at the bar code on the items, confirm items selected, pay the amount..once payment is confirmed..just show the bill on the phone to security and you are payment experience will be great as mine.. Best part is I saw the queues getting longer when leaving😂..people are so oblivious to the nice board with instructions and still want to stand in queue!! Hats off to Decathlon for providing such an easy payment option!! hope more customers use it. Security does not allow entry without Wearing a Face Mask however once you are between aisles, many customers are walking around without face masks..what's the point of checking at the entrance then?? Separate washrooms for men and women is available outside the building at the end of the bike parking lot. Free Parking for cars or bikes is a plus at this store considering the location. The only gripe I have with having visited Whitefield Decathlon is it was like a pre-heated oven on Saturday afternoon inside the "warehouse" type building and every aisle and common area dozens of people were sweating like they just returned from gym workout, especially some of them (staff and customers) stinking like crazy from all the sweating and walking around as if its nobody's business.. @Decathlon Mgmt, if you see this post, kindly make arrangements to have atleast fans in the common areas of this store so that customers and staff dont stink from sweat..its to ensure basic hygiene.. cant imagine sweaty customers doing a trial and leaving such items back on the rack for staff to ensure they are properly re-arranged at the racks for next batch of customers☹️

I have always loved decathlon and whenever I get a chance I go to the nearest branch. I went to Brigade Road and it was my wonderful experience in Bangalore. But this time I was disappointed with the features. It was overcrowded, there was no AC, and most importantly, no coordination to help people make online payments and get rid of long queues. Self billing machine was also not working. Maintenance was poor and I couldn't expect it from Decathlon.

Have enough non paid parking space. They do proper precautions and screening. Have wide varieties. However, some of the collections had only few sizes. Only drawback was they do have many counters but only two were open which lead to overcrowding in the billing section.

I have been multiple times to this store and have found the staff to be extremely polite and welcoming but I was horrified by the pathetic response from the staff there today so much so I will never ever visit that store or purchase from there or ever advocate anyone to visit that store till the time that particular staff works there. Post my purchase went I went to the car parking I found multiple dirt spots all over my car. When I raised that issue with the store manager who was again decent and polite as to why this happened he said he was not aware and spoke to the person taking care of the parking but had the courtesy to ask if I want it cleaned. I told him that wasn't necessary but wanted to know how this happened and out of the blue when we were leaving, this staff named " SIDDHARTH" says it happens here and if you want to know the reason "I will have to check with scientists" I mean seriously!! I was not even speaking to him and he has the audacity to come and show sheer arrogance. And when I asked for his name with full confidence he was saying click a picture as well. Well if this is the level of customer service i need to expect from you decathlon, I can confidently say I would never want to visit your store again and will ensure everyone knows the level of professionalism the staff there has.

The workshop has changed my original parts for cheap spares and was convincing me that I had changed it some point of time and I don’t remember. They will also change things without consent and they are surely not trustworthy. The person who serviced my Triban 100 is called Shiva. Do not use their products or services.I’ve attached the before after of the bicycle. Look carefully, they have changed my pedal train which was black(original) to brown. They also said that part is non changeable, but later mentioned that it is They also claimed it was like that itself before the service but I have pictures.
