Main terminal of daewoo bus service in Rawalpindi where direct coaches to many cities are leaving on regular interval. There is ample car parking space just outside the terminal. Careem, uber and local taxi are available there around the clock. A mosque located on the premises. Tuck shop, snacks, refreshment shop available. A cargo service also available. Shuttle service also provided through there. Nice buses mostly on time. From there best to go for Peshawer and Lahore.

Daewoo services are going down in bus service day by day although Cargo service is getting better. I hav Visited Rawalpindi main station today but Air Conditioned wasn't even upto average condition. The passengers lounge was smelly. And very pathetic buses for smaller routes like sargodha. Wish them the very best of luck to improve their selves. Regards

[Update] Now a days they are offering very poor service. Buses of all times are Almost 1-2 hours late. Buses are also of poor quality. Disappointed this time. [Old Review] It is good place for travel. This terminal is also very good as compared to other ones. It have clean washrooms, prayer area, ATM machines, charging pots, tuck shop, shuttle service, and many other facilities. I would rate high for these services. My experience is good here.

The quality is getting worse and worse. We the ticket counter is harsh to reply multiple questions. There is information booth but no one there. The bathroom is dead. Smelling, urine, no one cleaning it. Worse condition ever before. I couldn't even get it. It was perfect before. Now after 3 years of break from bus services was in hurry to move Islamabad. And the service point was disappointing to see.

Very poor service from Islamabad to Lahore. Apparently Bus look executive but inside there is NO Tab/Tav exist but not working Wifi signal Exist but no Internet lot of noise like chu chu end result headache Hardseat narrow Starnge thing is Fare from Lahore to Rawalpindi is 1400 while Lahore to Abotabbad is 1200. I will recommend Please look for other services like Road Master, Faisal Movers, Bilal etc... All others have new buses.

they used to be trend setters. however. many other companies have surpassed them in terms of quality of buses. almost half of their buses have visible rust and wear and tear on them. seats are found broken. it could be my luck, that I always got the bus with broken seats. at this moment it is still a good choice for travelling with family. but not the best choice.

Deawoo is one of the leading bus operators in Pakistan apart from this as compare to other Kainat travel and Faisal mover, deawoo services is became one of pathetic services in Pakistan I took a bus from Islamabad main terminal to jhelum and it took 3 hours and 45 mins to complete distence of 110km only. Not even good service in bus. Outdated bus and hardly they speed more than 50km per hours. I must recommend you don't travel with deawoo with the same route. It need a lot of improvements.

Daewoo Terminal provides excellent transportation services to different cities of Pakistan. They provide cargo services too for goods at reasonable prices

My most pathetic experience.... extremely rude staff...I'm travelling in Gold class...the standard of cleanliness is such that flies are in bus.entertainment system not working on my seat which is no 14....the condition of bus is not worth Gold class...please don't waste money travelling with them.

This Daewoo terminal is situated on main GT road after crossing EME college. The main landmarks which you will cross are quaid e azam international hospital, golra more and then EME college. After crossing EME college , it comes on your left hand The terminal is situated on spacious area. Good large car parking. You can also find cabs for pick and drop. The terminal has waiting area with moderate sitting capacity. Washrooms/toilets are there. A small Prayer room area is also there. There is an outlet of historical books and also some other books. A tuck shop is also there having variety of eatable , sandwiches, juices, lays, biscuits , soft drinks etc. A small outlet of fresh milky corns is also there. In the bus parking areas, they have placed some chairs too for passengers. There is dhl office too. If you want to go from Daewoo terminal to rawalpindi city, then you need to drive for around 1km and then to take U turn.

It used to be one of the best bus service and terminals across Pakistan. But over the period of time, they have compromised on quality and services. Buses are old and needing repairs but still on roads. Even when competition is tough, Daewoo doesn't seem to address these issues.

Daewo is pioneer of comfortable travels in Pakistan but recently their quality is down They need to improve their services to keep their business in line 1. Online booking and ticket purchase system is pathetic , after spending long time I am able to buy online ticket 2. Need to improve the behaviour of staff with basic training on ethics , courtesy and management 3. Seating arrangements at terminal need to improve 4. Tuck shop have limited range of drinking water and rates are high 5. Buses need immediate up-gradation

Very pathetic buses and service as well, if you travel on routes other than Lahore - Islamabad. A standard 4:30 min journey is being completed by these old buses in 6:30 hours. And furthermore, the bus broke down and needed repair at Islamabad terminal workshop. No refreshment, no hostess / host, no announcement of stay, no recounting of passengers (if somebody is left behind) Awami express train is even better and more comfortable than this.

Buses are in very good condition, travel timings are good. But bus hosts are not trained well groomed as in start of this service and refreshments served to travellers are sub standard. So, management should take immediate measures to ensure to provide good service.

Should be upgraded, as from last 10years it looks same. They are earning that's why not taking care of this part. But now their transport services are much down graded.. need to upgrade busses interior as well as staff. The given food was a packet of lays chips, two ticky pack of biscuits and two toffees.... Perviously it was much better and tickets rates were lower and now tickets rates are double but service is poorer

Traveling in Daewoo good this which I'm traveling has no charging ports. All the charging cable are fluttering on the seats. I don't knoe if u charge us vip rates so facilitate us as prices though. Spoke to Mr Arfan senior officer in manager's cabin he goes all the buses that goes on this route where I'm going haven't any charging ports because of old model then i told him there r ports available but working need to repair. Anyhow he said I'll have look them. But he didn't come out from his vip office because he was sitting and chilling don't want to work he sould have look this and then say to me I'll make sure next will b alright. Chalain g allah sab ko unka kam pura pura karne ki tofeeq ata fermiay ameen.

It was my first experience using Daewoo service. I strongly recommend this service. Why? Because of 1.Neat clean environment inside waiting area and a lot of chairs for passengers. 2. Washrooms available for both genders. 3. Announcement for every bus arrival & departure. 4. Tuck shop 5. ATM service inside waiting area. UBL & HBL ATM. The seats in bus are outstanding with moving and straight-curve facility. The food inside bus by Daewoo service is ordinary, with 20 PKR lays packet & 10 PKR biscuit. Overall, Outstanding

Pathetic Service, Right now travelling from Rawalpindi to Faisalabad. Departed at 11;30 on 15th October, 2022. This bus condition is very poor, with a huge amount of fuel smell inside that almost everyone has a headache. No announcement mic working. Sham on Daewoo Express management. This is your responsibility to check every vehicle before departing.

Obsolete service with no visible efforts to improve with the current technology enhancement. Not so comfortable anymore. I have stopped using Daewoo now as many good alternate options are available these days. Some pics of other buses are shared to show how even simple buses are better than Daewoo.

The staff all around the premises is very cooperative, trained and courteous. Cleanliness at the passenger lounge is acceptable and needs improvement Washrooms are clean and need a revamp. Unattended luggage needs to be monitored for public safety. A monitoring staff all the time will serve many purposes like enhanced safety, passenger guidance, monitoring of luggage and movement of unrelated people.

Daewoo Bus Service is the first service launched in Pakistan in 90s decade after Motorways M2 project constructed by Korean co Daewoo. Time management, quality of service was their pride. Staff and terminals were clean and comparable up to regional standard and some extent internationally. Number of other cometetors service providers enter in transportation due to upgradation of road network. Daewoo services going decline day by day. This is one of bisiest and major terminal, entrence and exit gate is very narrow not even v risky to enter old age person. Buses stands in open sky in harsh weather rain it is pinching to stand outside, shade to be extended. No sign boards or parking lot numbers mentioned. In waiting hall chairs are less after Covid and not up to the mark, AC was not working fans were less. Tuk shop price were too high even as compare to airport. wash room genitorial condition is not up to mark.

This terminal is big stop daewoo bus company. Buses are available for many cities of Pakistan. Good things about these buses is that most of them reach in time and begin journey even few passengers are available. Covid prevention SOPs strictly followed

Good access. Friendly service. But extremely far from main city. My parcel was worth 5000. To get it it costed me 500 rupees fuel + 2.5 hour traveling tension 😂

I'm a frequent long distance traveler. Quality of service is below the expectations, seat belts won't work on all passenger seats. Curtains are dirty most of the times. Waiting/ Sitting area needs to be renovated.

Approach to the terminal is good. Staff is educated and cooperative. Service is timely, however, air conditioning in the buses was pathetic.

Great service but still needs a lot of improvement. Passengers should be called for boarding. The tuckshop has too limited items and they are overpriced Daewoo needs to regulate this.

Managed in a very good way, clean buses, cooperative staff, safe travelling only the issue is that during traveling the busses did not stop for offering prayer.

Daewoo is good Translation source. But now don't trust on daewoo. Especially don't book advance tickets because they terminate or drop bus any time without informing passengers.

I did not get a chance to interact with the staff there but cleanliness and COVID-19 safety measures were being observed and that was a good thing.
