👍 This restaurant is truly great with its delicious offerings, yet my all-time favorite is still the one a few minutes away, even though the same owner manages three restaurants. Still, I recommend it for the beautiful place and space it offers, creating a delightful dining atmosphere.

😐 Palace of Culture build in early fifties with Russian architecture shelter all the cultural event in Albania especially operistic event but also posses a very beatiful backyard where everyone can relax and respire clean air and there is a place that family can bring their kids to play in the park.
