👍 I like the environment. It has many areas, for children and grown ups and you can chose your favorite place among the high trees. The service it's not at its best, but it's ok.

😐 Pool ladder was about to come off, no one to help get sun bed chair until I got myself, then was told I couldn't do that.... mostly young employees busy talking and having fun, not paying attention to guest. Would have been okay with this but they were rude and had little customer service expertise...
