😠 I don’t think I’ve ever been left with such an Icky feeling leaving a store. Most staff were so nice, but it only took one to completely take away that experience. If you hate customer service so much you shouldn’t work in retail, coming from someone who has always worked in customer service.

😠 David Jones quite possibly has the worse customer service I have experienced. Their delivery drivers deliver to the wrong address or not at all and just send the parcel back. When contacting their customer service it takes weeks for them to respond to you. I wouldn’t bother shopping online with them...
