Eli, the Kiwi, makes my coffee just right. She's the best barrista around and always with a smile on her dial.

The shop assistant offered to wrap it in bubble wrap but the lady declined and said it was OK in her basket. This particular shop assistant is an exceptionally well mannered woman....
