😠 Memorable, for all the wrong reasons. The food was fine, although expensive. But the service failures started right fom the get go. We were seated directly below a very loud extraction fan. 👍👍 Taste similar to hotpot in Chengdu. The Malatang soup was a bit too salty for my taste though. Tried Malatang, Golden pickle and pork bone soup. Good. Back in deep winter. Great, not too salty this time. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars
