😠 They have totally misguided me; and they didn’t have a room and took me to a local much cheaper hotel: for same money

😠 Reserved a room, arrived @ 10 pm, reception told us they don’t have a room for us because there was a water leak. They had no alternative room, we were offered a different room at a cheaper hotel somewhere else. Not a pleasant experience.

😠 The worst hotel instayed. Before booking they said free airport pick up, breakfast and credit card payment. When i arrived at the hotel they asked cash payment and no airport pick up and no breakfast. Before my reservation, they changed name from mirror hotel to alfa hotel. Maybe owner has changed....

😠 Do not book anything that says VIP apartments. They will show you photos of fake apartments in Baku and then take you to random run down buildings. The best thing to do is to call the police. The police will help you. Stay away from any apartment that's called VIP

😠 The worst villas you can see in your life, the worst treatment, the worst service, the worst, and they try to extract money from you in any way. By God, they are scammers. I advise everyone to never deal with them and not to live in them.

😠 This hotel is a CHEATER, we booked a room but they gave to someone that paid for higher price. They are rude and they didn't assist us to find a new room. Don't book this hotel. Its my worst hotel ever.

😠 They receive guests while works in progress with noize, a lot of dirty spaces and all the corridor covered with plastic film full of dust... my experience was Horrible 😞 The staff was nice.
