😠 Definitely not women-friendly. It’s more hangout for the homeless, refugees, it feels strange and very uncomfortable. Some of the homeless are very friendly, but most of the men keep starring at you I don’t recommend it for women.

😐 Really nice that it's only women. BUT there are virtually 0 free weights (only go up to 10 kg) and I saw bars, but no plates to go on them. Very cardio and stretching / body weight focused. Plenty of open space for floor exercises, but not great for lifters.

😐 This is a cheap gym, so it's exactly what you should expect. A poorly ventilated room full of equipment, very little staff, and bare minimum facilities. It's fine if you want to run on a treadmill for an hour or do some free weights, just don't expect anything more.

👍 Convenient gym open 24 hours during the week. Cons: no squat rack with safety bars (which is strange considering this is the only basic fit in which I've seen people doing free weight squats, and all the other locations do have the safety bars)
